Responsibilities

• Strategise and create multi-channel marketing plans to deliver on lead generation campaigns for various client accounts. Channels include farming and email/Whatsapp marketing to existing bases, paid advertising, community marketing, events and partnerships, telesales, offline promoters, etc.

• Constantly monitor performance across multiple campaigns, and be agile in moving resources across campaigns or changing creatives/channels as needed, understanding drop-out points throughout the journey and troubleshoot accordingly, ultimately ensuring all deliverables are submitted on time and spend is within budget.
• Drive more sophistication in source attribution and performance measurement.
• Understand our target audiences’ behaviours, as well as analyse and segment our existing base, to improve new user acquisition and cross-sell.
• Continually find ways to optimise campaigns and maximise margins.
• Build long-term strategies for user acquisition while managing short-term fulfilment.

As a Portfolio Risk Manager, you will be responsible for the reporting aspects for our lending portfolio. The Strategic Investor Senior Manager will be part of a dynamic team focusing on improving FSMK’s capital position by raising debt regionally across Accredited Investors (AIs), High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI), and Family Offices (FO) segments. The goal is to grow and strengthen the firm's stronghold in the private credit B2B space by contributing and leading in debt initiatives while taking pride in being part of a dynamic, ever-changing, and sophisticated environment.

What you will do:

• Manage and act as the primary face to the market in the identification and approach to AI/HNW/FO; including identification of overseas funding sources and developing the materials
• Providing a differentiated alternative suite of private investments and advice to potential/ existing clients
• Servicing existing relationships/ stakeholders/ investors
• Supporting front/ middle/ backend processing functions
• Leading due diligence matters with various clientele
• Collaborating within the team for the goal-oriented activities

What we are looking for:

• Tertiary qualification in business administration, finance, economics, or related field
• 3-6 years’ exposure in the AI/HNWI space from financial institutions as a client advisor/ relationship manager
• Demonstrated consistent sales performance with financial products
• Experienced across all investment asset classes, capital and private
• Relevant licenses for advancement of capital products

• Design and present proposals and quotations to potential partners.
• Act as the first point of contact for potential partners inquiries, relaying them to the relevant department(s).
• Manage account activities under care, and optimize business relationships by providing strategic advice and strong support to drive up partners business activities.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely, and quality onboarding of new partners and related product launches.
• Work closely with external stakeholders, including partners and insurers to establish and ensure insurance services policies, procedures, and contracting processes are by the company's business standards.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and business development
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Business, Management, Planning, Marketing
• Experience in general insurance / insurtech / fintech companies and/or technology, services companies would be advantageous
• Strong problem-solving and excellent communications skills to manage multiple
• stakeholders, self-motivated and proactive, with a desire to be hands-on and creative to deliver outcomes
• Preferably have experience or exposure to project managing API integrations and
• understanding its limitations, but not must.
