• Manage budgets responsibly on all accounts

• Direct and develop a number of account teams and be responsible for the achievement of objectives, within agreed timelines and budgets

• Ensuring all PR & digital planned activities to drive traffic to stores or retail and while being aligned with Marcomm KPI and goals.

Position Overview:

• Lead PR & Digital aspect in Indonesia physically under guidance of Country Manager, Regional & Local Brand team.
• Be a strong partner to Brand Team in driving our offline and online business for e-retailers.
• Ensuring all PR & digital planned activities able to drive traffic to stores or retail. Being aligned with collective KPI and goals by working with Marketing Team to organize PR/KOL events and Trade events (Beauty Classes, CRM events) for key campaigns to achieve overall campaign goals.
• Liaise with colleagues across multiple departments from sales to marketing to contribute ideas for improving brand's voice and online presence.
• Compile marketing reports which include post event recaps and campaign launch analysis in the PR & Digital aspect

Responsibilities:

Public Relations

• Responsible for creating strategy, implementation, and analysis of ATL Digital placement to increase brand awareness and strengthen the brands’ image as an international brand as well as increasing purchase intentions at e-commerce and at the counters.
• Driving PR results by creating & executing PR projects and initiatives locally based on budget.
• Responsible for planning and implementing PR campaigns in line with marketing calendar and business goals.
• Plan and execute PR launch events or in-store events for KOL/ Media/ Consumers in order to create brand image and brand awareness.
• Ensure the development of a strong relationship with top KOLS and media partners for earned media coverage.
• Work across internal teams to collaborate on creative ideas, online strategy and PR opportunities.
• Drive special PR sends & press releases for new launches and campaigns - PR stock ordering, packing, and seeding out.
• Regularly research, source, identify relevant partners/influencers/KOLs for campaign launches, maintain good relationship with KOLs to help achieve brand love and alleviate overall brand image through earned content creation.
• Researching beauty trends, competitor behavior and emerging media in order to innovate.

Digital

• Responsible for creating the brands’ digital asset accounts and maximizing the potential and use of these digital assets.
• Plan, source and evaluate content for multiple social media platforms.
• Manage and execute planning, creative and budgets for paid social media campaigns.
• Support/develop social media content strategy to increase social reach and engagement.
• Execution of digital ad buy for social media Ads Manager platform.
• Grow brand visibility on our e-retailers’ website including shaping star product launch plans with retailer’s digital team, establish the annual action plan, monitor brand presence and visibility on site and social media, increase brand reach on retailers' digital channels.
• Use search and insight tools to support campaigns.

E-Retailers/E-commerce

• Work with E-comm team to execute media buys for Sephora/Lazada collaboration ads and investment.
• Work with E-comm team for creation of digital assets for mega campaigns.
• Identify KOLs to push for mega retail campaigns and livestreams, if needed
• Oversee e-retailers livestreams to drive platform sales.

• Having experience in managing offline events or activations, such as brand launching, etc.
• Min. bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications or any related
• Min. 5 years building cross platform digital marketing programs and public relations; beauty industry experience is preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal communication & presentation skills
• Strategic, creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into holistic content programs.

• Oversee a portfolio of digital media clients, with a focus on strategic vision, team management, process refinement, and financial administration
• Manage all projects to ensure the highest level of quality assurance, performance and innovation
• Steward client interest in the areas of tracking and delivering measurable results and analytics, market knowledge, and audience insights
• Promote when appropriate, the use of other agency services - research, technology, creative, etc. - in executing the media campaigns and cohesive programs
• Stay well versed in new technologies and trends in order to apply them strategically to the client’s business as well as proactively construct business-building ideas

 Relationship Development

• Work collaboratively in planning sessions regarding client strategy and approach, providing leadership, consultation and acting as a voice for digital media
• Establish and manage relationships with senior media clients as well as be a key agency contact and resource for clients across other disciplines/departments
• Partner with other brand agency leads to deliver unified cross-platform strategies and ideas
• Collaborate with agency cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive business solutions and strategies
• Manages workflow, efficient and profitable servicing of clients, staffing levels, fosters healthy team structure, team assignments

 Financial Competencies

• Manage and oversee monthly and end-of-campaign client billing, digital media budget reconciliations
• Maintain knowledge of reporting, analytic, auditing, and financial platforms and tools along with their functionality

 Leadership & Management Competencies

• Generate media insights using various data sources and crafts strategic POV based on data for internal and client audiences around media, brands, consumers and experiences
• Serve as first level coach and supervisor to one or more planners to support their knowledge of agency, client, vendor and industry basics as well as their overall skill development in the execution or monitoring of experience plans
• Work with Planner to ensure accurate and timely invoicing (e.g. regular review of unbilled reports, resolve unbilled cases with Finance)
