This incumbent is responsible for designing and delivering the product/event experience for our customers in support of the Events Director. Through a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs he/she will develop the long-term Events design, through both responding to existing customer feedback and identifying new and innovative opportunities to improve the Events. He/she will lead the marketing and communications function for the shows. He / she will support the management of the P&L of an Event, managing marketing budgets, optimizing campaign performance, and enhancing/discovering new strategies to effectively reach the target customer segments. Working alongside Sales, Marketing and Operations, he/she will ensure all elements are aligned to create a successful Events. He/she will oversee the Events floorplan, managing the positioning and strategic decisions as the point of contact for all involved parties.

• Support the design of the Event experience, ensuring a high quality level of delivery in support of the Event’s strategy and customer needs

• Develop deep industry knowledge through internal and external relationships

• Develop and improve the customer experience at each Event, ensuring feedback is collated, highlighted and incorporated  

• Build Event loyalty with customers in understanding both specific and wider market needs, feeding trends / issues back into the Event Manager as input to Event strategy

• Liaise with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure all elements of the Event are in alignment to set up for success

• Negotiate with venues and suppliers together with Operations and Procurement for Event specific requirements

• Support the on-site delivery and setup, supporting logistics for exhibitors and team members

• Support the Event Director in overseeing the Event floorplan, managed by the Sales Operations team, escalating any strategic decisions where required

• Support the financial planning for the Event, working closely with the Event Manager

• Design the Event experience, ensuring a high level of delivery in support of the Event’s strategy and customer needs
• Develop and improve the customer experience at each Event, ensuring feedback is collated and incorporated
• Develop the longer term Event design alongside the Events Director, using both customer feedback and innovative thought to develop and maintain the Brand as a market leader

Responsibilities

• Create social media campaigns and top-line communications strategies for our branded house social media account.
• Manage and oversee the content creation process on all social media platforms which includes daily posts or larger campaigns.
• Involved in all steps of social media activity, from observing trends and preferences, brainstorming, and planning to execution.
• Create a social media plan and execute the plan along with the content creator.
• Identify the Brand’s KOL and coordinate with third parties or ambassadors.
• Track and observe social media tools and identify how to utilize the tools.
• Gathering insight and analysis for what content works well on our platform.
• Schedule all posts to all social media accounts of the Brand. (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter).
• Manage social media report by weekly and monthly.

• At least 3 years in a related role.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly; a strong analytical, data-driven mindset.
• Understand and have the knowledge of social media landscape, platform, and technologies.

The Technical Writer will be responsible for the following activities: 

• Creating and maintaining project documents, such as plans, reports, and meeting minutes. Ensuring all documents are accessible and up-to-date.
• Facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients. This may involve scheduling meetings, taking notes, and distributing information
• Ensuring project documents are clear, accurate, and meet quality standards. Identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies.
• Implementing and managing quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
• Understanding and utilising project management software and other relevant tools.

Main Responsibilities

PR Influencer & Community Pillar

• Research and brainstorm on new potential influencer names that fits to Love, Bonito Indonesia brand image and campaign objective.
• Assisting to do KOL outreach (existing and new), negotiate rate and posting date based on SOW under guidance from PR assistant.
• Input and monitor KOL seeding request to Operations team to be completed in timely manner before KOL posting date. 
• Generate and share customized UTM/ track links to KOL.
• Share content brief to KOL.
• Update KOL names (posting date & rate) and clothing selections on tracker.
• Monitor KOL posting based on brief.

Social Media Pillar

• Instagram posting both graphic content & influencer repost in timely manner 
• IG Story: 2x daily
• IG Post: 1x week
• Generate UTM/ track links for Instagram posting & refresh Linkinbio

Ad Hoc 

• Assist & stand by for offline events and photoshoot 
• Request clothing lending for influencers/ muses 
• Assist to contact vendor (PR/ social) 

Requirements & Experiences :

• Available for 3-6 months internship program
• Open to university students (last year/semester preferred)
• Candidates with a specialisation in Marketing or related degree preferred
• Candidates with prior internships in PR & Social Media roles preferred

We want to build a simple and intuitive app, yet evolving to remain highly relevant for our users as well as business. As a UX Writer, you will be in charge of designing the communication throughout our digital products by collaborating with product management, engineering, and data teams. Collaborating with product designers, you will navigate the end-to-end design process, from understanding and defining the problem scoping, translating it to a copy/communication intent, exploring the alternatives of copy solutions, gathering necessary feedback for the proposed solutions, handover to the development team, safeguarding the copy implementation, and tracking the performance of the copy design. You will initiate necessary processes on your own and demonstrate strong practices in expected design competencies with minimal supervision while helping mentor other more junior writers to elevate their crafts as well.

Responsibilities

• Work with product designers and product managers to translate user needs and business requirements into a high quality design solution that drives great outcomes and impact.
• Ensure smooth users experience and clear understanding throughout Moladin digital products and systems by facilitating user navigation, onboarding, promos, notifications, error messages, instruction and education material regarding Moladin products through high quality copies.
• Gather necessary data and contextual information with the most appropriate methods to identify user problems or to inform the copy decisions, and come up with creative solutions for the intended problems based on the premises from user research insights, business requirements, technical constraints, etc. 
• Create, craft, and deliver high quality copies that clearly communicate our design intention, incorporating Moladin's vision, tone of voice, and overall language and copywriting guidelines across products, as well as providing support documents such as release notes. 
• Gather necessary feedback from the users and stakeholders to narrow down the copy solution alternatives and inform the copy decision.
• Ensure the quality of the copies by conducting final edits and audits, and safeguard the implementation of copywriting in the developed products. 
• Build relationships with the product management, business, and engineering teams to better influence the communication design direction.  Adapt to these stakeholder's feedback, and be ready to challenge an idea whenever necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of research, legal, and marketing to better understand our users and business needs. 
• Work together with other UX Writers from different tribes to maintain copy consistency and quality across products, as well as contribute to creating, maintaining, improving and utilizing language and copy guideline documents.
• Create proper design documentation for each design project to store and easily share context.  
• Mentor at least one of the junior writers to help ensure the growth in our team qualities.

• 3 – 5 years of experience as a UX Writer / Product Copywriter in product digital industries. 
• Passionate about crafting clear communication for B2B products and systems. Being experienced in the Financing industry will be highly preferred, however having interest in learning about the Financing industry and all its terms will be a plus point. 
• A portfolio that showcases high quality UX copywriting works (and its application of copywriting fundamentals, interaction design principles and human-centered design methodology), as well as evidence of performing in a multidisciplinary design, business, and tech team.
• Ability to understand the identified problem and to dissect it down to the root cause, in order to understand the appropriate solutions.
• Ability to draw insights from both qualitative & quantitative data, and further identify problem areas to work on.
• Advanced skills and knowledge in product design with extensive and demonstrated expertise in effective communication design, information architecture and hierarchy, and interaction design.
• Independence in navigating the end-to-end design process, from defining the design intent and problem scoping, exploring the alternatives of solutions, gathering necessary feedback for the proposed solution, handover to the development team, and tracking the performance of the released solutions.
• Experience in managing expectations of internal and external stakeholders, as well as the ability to form consensus across a broad, fast-moving organization through excellent communication and interpersonal skills (including: negotiation, constructive feedback, presentation, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts).
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure, high ambiguity environment, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
