Summary of Responsibilities:
- Overseeing both guest engagement and production for AYANA Farm operations
- Provide leadership to the Farm Team, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring efficient and collaborative operations.
- Maintain and develop guest experiences, ensure implementation of guest experiences are followed correctly
- Maintain existing and develop new guest experiences and workshops, showcasing the farm's sustainability practices
- Run the day-to-day farm operations, and able to expertly lead media visit groups and VIP guests if requested
- Ensure AYANA Farm is integrated throughout the hotel
- Take ownership of the farm's financial performance, managing the P&L to achieve revenue targets and cost-effectiveness
- Develop and manage budgets for farm operations, carefully controlling expenses related to equipment, supplies, and labor
- Implement strategies to showcase AYANA Farm in various guest-facing areas, such as restaurants, signage, and promotional materials, guaranteeing that guests are not only aware of its existence but are also encouraged to book experiences and visit the farm
- Lead the planning and execution of crop production from land preparation to harvesting and delivering, ensuring sustainable farming practices are met.
- Work closely with the hotel's culinary teams to supply fresh, seasonal produce, ensuring quality standards are met
- Only for Indonesian Citizen
- Minimum 3 years of experience in farm management, in a sustainable and organic farming setting
- Proven Hospitality and agriculture experience is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of crop management, soil health, and sustainable agricultural practices
- Familiarity with budget management and cost control
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (especially Excel and Sheets)
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Driver’s license and can operate a buggy  Â
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
- Proven experience or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or other related fields
