The Role

Reporting into HQ Strategic Finance, this role is based in Jakarta, where you will play a pivotal part in this Business Analyst, championing a data-driven approach in our decision-making through data analytics solutions, whilst driving the analysis and business planning to deliver value to stakeholders. ROLE SUMMARY:

The Sales Operations Executive will primarily support a Sales team, who could be selling multiple brands/products across regions. The role will drive consistency and quality in the Sales teams and act as a key link between the Sales function and the events team. They will provide structured sales administration, Salesforce (CRM) support, data analysis & investigation, reporting, and data management /entry support. As the Sales teams develop, the role will also become involved in campaign management, and informing the CRM team of priorities for future development of our new Salesforce system to then act as a key testing group.

• Tracking shipment to Indo, alert WH of any urgent shipment

5. Sampling and Gift

Ensure that sampling and Gifts items are distributed in accordance with monthly store mechanism. Ensure that all stores are equipped with the necessary selling tools.

CAMPAIGN / PR MANAGEMENT

1. Support marketing manager to execute 360 touchpoints for all campaigns across Skincare and Fragrance (event, media, PR etc)

3. Full ownership to help managing categories focusing on Skincare and Fragrance

DATA & REPORTING

Assist the marketing manager in generating the required data for both regular reporting and ad-hoc reporting purposes.
