Responsible and accountable for the loading and unloading of guest luggage from guest cars and directing guests to the car parking facilities available to guests and visitors of the hotel.

• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to coordinate the smooth flow of goods.

Market Analysis:

• Stay abreast of global market trends, pricing dynamics, and supply-demand factors related to soluble coffee;
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and risks.

Contract Negotiation :

• Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers and customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions;
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all contracts are following regulations and company policies

Supplier and Buyer Relationship:

• Build and cultivate strong relationships with coffee suppliers and buyers to ensure a reliable and diversified network, negotiating favorable terms and conditions to support the company's trading activities;

Risk management:  

• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate price fluctuations and market uncertainties.
• Monitor and assess potential risks in the supply chain and implement proactive measures to address them.
• Monitor and manage yields and quality throughout the supply chain.

Reporting:

What you will do but not limited to: 

• Manage and optimize end-to-end sourcing/ procurement for our Digital Food Ecosystem (DFE) i.e poultry, grain, palm sugar and upcoming commodities including but not limited to sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contract management. 
• If required, conduct survey to specific site to conduct partner and/or commodities evaluation based on predefined parameter. Conduct analysis and reporting to management based on site survey activity;  
• Support end-to-end sourcing/procurement activities in INDICO other than supporting DFE which include Digital Goods, operational sourcing (marketing, consultancy, technology, and others);  
• Develop and implement sourcing/procurement strategies, policies, and other potential improvement to drive cost savings, efficiency, and effectiveness related sourcing activities in INDICO from time-to-time;

Position Purpose:

To ensure import operations all products are carried out effectively and efficiently, administrates and directs the transportation of the products, and makes sure that all the products have been delivered properly and on time.

Description of Duties:

• To report final order to regional, and doc Import realization
• Ensure exporter send RFI, Inv, PL / Request Inspection & its schedule, Survey Goods Based on RFI
• To ensure booking of shipment schedule, sending the shipping documents, Document checking, Cargo departed, EDI to custom & response lane, & Warehouse Receiving Report.

The Assistant Manager Supply Chain performs sales forecast planning (PSI planning), revenue recognition process control, logistic cost control, import/export handling, logistic scheduling, inventory management for product parts and accessories in a warehouse in line with the organizational strategy and guidelines. He/she will ensure the execution of the registration/market access process (regulatory affairs) so that product launch schedules are met, customer satisfaction is achieved including compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements.

• Making reliable sales forecast and getting consensus with Sales and Marketing as a basis of necessary inventory replenishment.
