This position is responsible to oversee and manage the Talent and Culture of the organization, this pertains to all areas which support AccorHotels philosophy of creating an environment where each and every member of the team is recognized as talent and feels valued for their contribution.  

The Talent and Culture Manager will co-ordinate the actions of the hotel leaders and team in all elements of the Talent Journey including Employer Branding, Recruitment & Selection, Induction & Onboarding, Performance Management & Feedback, Learning & Development, Talent Potential Identification, Career Management, Culture Diversity & Inclusion, Policies & Procedures, Reward & Recognition, Compensation & Benefits, Flexibility & Welfare, Corporate Social Responsibility and Satisfaction & Engagement with the objective of providing business support to all departments through collaboration and coaching. 

The Talent and Culture Manager is to ensure that all members of the team are aware of the company mission, live the values and are consistent in their behavior to enable excellence in serving and anticipating guest needs.

• Carries out and coordinates the organisation, preparation, production, presentation and assures the high standard of culinary services offered to guests with guidance of sous chef

• Answers the outlet telephone in friendly manner, gives information and promotes the outlets, takes reservation

What you will be doing:

• Assists the Asst. Outlet Manager to manage the team
• Assists the Asst. Outlet Manager in organizing the F&B point of sale from A to Z
• Ensures guest satisfaction, quality and high standards of service for customers
• Helps the point of sale attain profitable results
• Ensure strict application of in focus SOPs and is responsible for minimum score achievement as per regular target

To ensure successful planning, organization and coordination of all assigned functions within the Department. This is not limited to items such as forecasting, scheduling, manning control, effective pre and post shift communication, communication of the vision to the all Banquet service team. Supervise all Heartist assigned to ensure high level guest satisfaction.

• Ensure smooth running of the banquet floor
• Execute meetings and events through thorough review of BEO details.
• Review room set-ups for accuracy
• Plan and co-ordinate event details with kitchen, stewarding and catering
• Conduct pre & post function briefings and foster effective communication with Banquet team

Is guests' 1st contact with the hotel and guides them inside.

 What you will be doing:

• To ensure the smooth operation of the in-house transportation as reflected in the daily transportation schedule
• To perform according to the transportation requests
• To report on time for any transportation requests from respective departments
• To prepare a transportation summary reflecting the mileage usage by respective departments for submission to Bell Captain on a weekly and monthly basis with the approval from Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager

This position is to helps the Front Office Manager organize and manage the team, perform administrative tasks and coordinate with the other departments. Helps employees improve their skills and provide support for career development.

What you will be doing:

• Personally welcomes VIP guests in a polite and attentive manner.
• Is regularly available in the hotel lobby, reception and hotel area if needed.
• Develops high quality relationships with guests, from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay, in order to encourage loyalty.
• Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration.
• Ensures that the team adopts the required service behaviors.
• Handles any guest complaints that are not settled directly by members of the team
• Checking the discrepancies report from Housekeeping
• Is capable of moving people from their rooms and handling difficult situations
• Ensure that Evalpack procedures are well implemented and respected

A Chief Concierge or Assistant Chief Concierge will be responsible for overseeing the concierge department. They are responsible for ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are provided to guests, and that their needs and requests are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager you will be responsible for executing the Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Digital and Marketing activities for all departments within the hotel.

 What you will be doing:

• To coordinate public relations activities with Marketing Communication Manager
• To ensure promotional materials are distributed to all concerned on time (i.e. press release, F&B promo, Hotel promo, etc.)
• Keep close and maintain relations with media, both local and international at all times
• Responsible for the administration task (payment administration, purchase request administration, internal/external correspondence, press monthly clipping and filling form system).
• Manage all social media channels of hotel
• Creative writing for all segments of the business for online and offline marketing communications including but not limited to, Press Releases, Special promotions, Social media Print advertising
