1. Contact prospective leads to introduce McEasy company and products
2. Identify the customer's business and pain points that can be addressed with McEasy's service offerings. Information includes: business industry, scale, operational issues related to the fleet, decision maker contacts, solutions for customers' issues
3. Schedule visits to be conducted by Sales Executive (SE) and introduce them to the customers' point of contact (PIC).
4. Assist SE in the deal closure and installation process by coordination with SE (prepare and send sales quotations, contracts, etc., also follow up customers until deal closure).
5. Conduct lead canvassing through website searching.
6. Update customer activities and information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
7. Evaluate and enhance existing SDR processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

• Search and generate leads through multiple channels to build a strong pipeline. 
• Develop and implement sales strategies by offer McEasy Product to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base from various channels, whether by telephone, events, or providing offers to partners and resellers. 
• Conduct presentations and demos to PIC/decision makers from potential customers regarding the features and advantages of McEasy products. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Update activities and dealing processes with customers/potential customers via CRM software. 

• Plan, execute and optimize sales activities and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth and increase brand visibility in the Indonesian market
• Identify market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, analyze and monitor sales data, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities, new sales initiatives and promotional strategies to achieve company goals.
• Communicate the value proposition effectively through proposals, presentations and discussions with potential target customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing and Product Development to create promotional materials, compelling sales collateral, aligning dealer marketing initiatives with overall company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, distributors and other strategic partners.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and promotional activities, and provide recommendations for improvement.

1. Understand sparepart products (tyre & oil) and the automotive / trucking industry in Indonesia 

2.  Indentify and prospect potential B2B customers in the logistics, rentals, fleet management and other relevant business 

3. Have a deep understanding of our tire and oil spare parts products

4. Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts with B2B clients to maximize sales opportunity and profitability 

5. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to B2B customers and address any logistics-related issues or concerns

Job Description

• Create and execute a strategic sales plan for field sales that expands our customer base and extends the company's sales achievement.
• Lead a team of field sales representatives, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
• Monitor field sales performance by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
• Conduct interviews with field sales candidates, set objectives, train and coach them (together with our Sales Trainers), and monitor their performances.
• Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
