Executive Pastry Chef

The Executive Pastry Chef is responsible for the production of all pastries, desserts, breads and other baked products. This position gives operational support to the Executive Chef in meeting all divisional targets and objectives with a view to maximize guest satisfaction as well as protecting all assets of the property. In addition to overseeing dessert preparation, the pastry chef may handle tasks such as supervising employees, ordering supplies, creating budgets and adhering to sanitation regulations.

Position Overview

As a Technical Solutions Executive (TSE), you are one of the main factors of success for the Autodesk Construction Cloud portfolio. You will be reporting to Technical Sales Manager and partner with the Account teams to help our users achieve their goals through the use of our technology. Coming from industry, you'll use your experience to identify and uncover our customer's needs, develop a strategy, prove value, with the ultimate goal of delivering outcomes for our customers.

This is a remote role but there is an expectation to travel, so you will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia

Responsibilities

• Outcome and Solution-based approach: Taking a customer-centric approach, you will undertake deep technical discovery in collaboration with other team members to uncover the primary goals of our users, and then use your experience, technical knowledge and creativity to create solutions that allow our end-users to achieve those goals.

• Technical Closure: Responsible for aligning with important customer team members to secure technical closure of proposed solutions within Autodesk Construction Cloud. Manage technical evaluations, define solutions architecture, facilitate product demonstrations, 3rd party engagements. Consult with ACS sales on technical validation and apply best practices in solving business problems. Document quantifiable pain as identified in before scenarios, technical decision criteria, and metrics used in the evaluation within Salesforce and within provided collaborative technologies

• Customer Relationship Management: Develops required level of knowledge of customers' business processes, workflows, and technical requirements to build "trusted advisor" relationships with customers. Ensure efficient customer handoffs between the pre-sales team and adoption/deployment teams post-sales. Deliver Autodesk Construction Cloud internal product roadmaps with customers and communicate customer feedback to the ACS product team

• Collaboration: Develops trusted working relationships with the ACS sales team and adjacent teams such as the Autodesk Worldwide Field Operations (WWS) team. You will also work with adjacent business resources (e.g. sales management, deployment, adoption, business development, global technical sales, and marketing) and collaborate with ACS product "centres of excellence", Customer Success projects such as Voice of the Customer, deployment teams to implement proposed solutions, and coordinate with ACS marketing for product launches, webinars and go-to-market messaging strategy

• Leadership: Shares best practices, competitive information, innovation, and expertise within the sales organisation, product divisions, and technical solutions organisation locally and globally. Participate in strategic speaking engagements at high profile trade shows, conferences, or internal Autodesk events working in collaboration with ACS marketing teams. PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

1. Product Registration

• Close liaison with Central Registration support team and Local regulatory team, to ensure that products can be launch in line with the launch date. (Measures: Brand’s Onshelf date)

2. Product Listing

• Work closely with retail team to ensure products are listed into key retailer’s assortment in a timely manner (measures: Retailer’s Onshelf date)

• Communicating and implementing new prices

3. Product Merchandising

• Work closely with merchandising team to ensure planograms are fully optimized and carrying the right assortment for each door
• Active list management (measures: presence rate)

4. Monthly Replenishment / DRP

• Compile order submission from all division and ensure the order are calculated accordingly to meet the needs
• Tracking shipment to Indo, alert WH of any urgent shipment

5. Sampling and Gift

Ensure that sampling and Gifts items are distributed in accordance with monthly store mechanism. Ensure that all stores are equipped with the necessary selling tools.

The VM Executive will support Visual Merchandising Manager in handling various aspects of Visual Merchandising with focus on new Sephora store openings, Sephora event installation/launchpad and Dior Beauty Workshop. To also support HPP and New Store Openings when required. • Participate in POSM assets forecast and order related with new launches/assortment update.
• Manage the ordering, allocation and coordination of all elements and materials for Sephora. This includes working with suppliers and contractors to ensure deliverables meet set deadlines.
• Ensure all physical aspects of all Dior fixtures at Sephora stores are working and in good condition. Example: no busted lights, drawers & cabinets are working, no frayed wires, etc. 
• Consolidate launch reports and provide monthly store pictures to ensure VM guidelines are followed across all Sephora channels.
• Optimize all POSM assets (capex & non capex) in store together with Retail team, to maximize the right retail excellence & customer experience in all offline channels that fit with brand standard, maintain display consistency including tester management across Sephora stores.
• Preparation of visuals for various formats utilizing brand guidelines; managing external parties and ensuring visuals are installed on planned launch date.

• Evaluate and assess potential partners for compatibility with B2B lump sum construction projects.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services (GCON, GMAT, GMAI) to existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling offerings that align with client needs.
• Prepare and send invoices to clients for services rendered in collaboration and alignment with operations lump sum team for the project opname and progress
• Monitor payment terms and follow up on overdue payments to owners, implementing effective reminder strategies.
• Collaborate with finance teams to create accurate revenue forecasts and projections.
• Provide insights into potential revenue streams and areas for financial growth.
• Provide regular reports & support to leadership on revenue generation, client satisfaction, and partnership success.
