Main Responsibilities for Sales Assistant (Brand Pixie)

• Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to guests and offering advice on color, fit, and silhouette to best suit their needs.

The Role

As part of our pioneer team, you will play an important role in interacting with guests directly to provide services and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services in our store. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the reservation process and ensuring guest satisfaction.
