• Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage front office operations to ensure adherence to organisational standards and procedures
• Supervise the front office team’s service performance in response to guests' needs and requests to ensure guest satisfaction. Manage service recovery for escalated guests' concerns and feedback
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and security procedures for guest registration and payment transaction
• Monitor room inventory closely and ensure effective utilisation of rooms
• Organise and supervise the day-to-day housekeeping operations to ensure rooms and public areas are well-maintained
• Ensure workplace safety and security for staff and guests through compliance and prevention management. Manage emergency situations
• Identify and resolve deviations and irregularities in operations
• Plan manpower allocation and ensure smooth operations
• Provide coaching and guidance to improve staff work performance
• Review systems and processes for workflow and productivity improvement

The Position

This role is the champion of the Corporate segment. Responsible of leading and motivating junior team members to ensure yearly sales budget is achieved and surpassed. Responsible for implementing management standards and quality guidelines in the Department set by the Director of Sales and Marketing. 

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

FINANCIAL:

• To assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in the preparation of the yearly revenue & expense budget.
• To actively lead the Corporate segment’s financial and administrative activities to ensure that yearly revenue budgets are surpassed.
• To assist the DOSM and DRM with accuracy of revenue forecasting with most updated segments and market information.
• Responsible for Room Sales of managed accounts in Corporate segment including individual.

ADMINISTRATIVE:

• To actively contribute to the Department’s financial and administrative activities to ensure that yearly revenue budgets are surpassed.
• To prepare accurate administration reports such as sales call schedules, sales call reports, month-end and other reports are submitted on time to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

OPERATIONAL:

• To manage Consortia, Government, Volume and Preferred accounts within the Corporate segment ensuring targets are met.
• To conduct sales calls with the team.
• To respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
• To set up appointments and make personal sales calls, telemarketing and site inspections to all existing and potential accounts.
• To follow up on lost business and bring information about them to the knowledge of the department superior.
• To negotiate with all customers and send out offers/contracts regarding individual and group business.
• To contribute to following the conversion ratio of the Group Department.
• To be aware of all market trends and share it to team so that a collective action can be implemented.
• To plan and arrange business trips to expand market awareness of the brand in key source markets.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

• Melakukan pengawasan pengendalian sesuai dengan standard operating procedure (SOP) perusahaan dan instruksi kerja(WI) yang digariskan perusahaan atau atas intruksi atasan untuk kepentingan perusahaan
• Melakukan komunikasi dengan baik ke pelanggan.
• Menangani keluhan pelanggan dengan baik, bersama-sama dengan service coordinator, supervisor, service manager, atau dengan branch manager.
• Merespon keluhan pelanggan maksimal 2 jam, sejak keluhan masuk dan melakukan tindakan langkah perbaikan maksimal 24 jam dari janji yang disepakati.
