• Manage the operations of all e-commerce platforms via respective enablers, for Bosch Home official stores including execution of promotions and campaigns, order fulfilment, customer experience, product listings and other operational activities

Deksripsi Pekerjaan :

·        Meninjau penggunaan anggaran dan cost learning

·        Meninjau konten dari desain micro-learning sesuai dengan materi pelatihan yang dibutuhkan operasional

·        Memonitor proses perawatan dan perbaikan aid simulator & virtual reality

·        Memastikan materi pelatihan telah terunggah ke bank data (Sharepoint) dan seluruh peserta pelatihan dapat mengakses materi tersebut

·        Memastikan kebutuhan dan fasilitas pelaksanaan pelatihan yang mencakup learning external dan vendor external dengan berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait dalam pemenuhan proses procurement

·        Memonitor dan mengevaluasi keberjalanan program pelatihan sesuai dengan perencanaan yang telah disusun

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan minimal lulusan S1
• Memiliki Kemampuan mengajar & membuat modul training - Sertifikasi Train Of Trainer (TOT)
• Memiliki kemampuan presentasi yang bagus (mahir membuat presentasi dalam bentuk power point)
• Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh project CK

• Checking inspection report format and photo.

The Senior Creative Director has full responsibility for the creative management of the brands with which they are entrusted ‐ the creation, presentation and execution of innovative and daring communications campaigns for our clients. Expectations of a Senior Creative Director

• Lead group brainstorming/concept development sessions
• Lead and inspire creative teams to develop innovative design solutions, from broad concept development through implementation
• Provide clear constructive direction on content and design solutions
• Lead creative and production teams to ensure the feasibility of design solutions and articulate design principles and guidelines for implementation
• Set and manage client expectations regarding design process and deliverables
• Ideate, craft, and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives, or goals
• Is responsible for the proper placement, context, and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignment
• Extend client relationships and explore new ways to deliver value
• Develop creative ideas that meet both our clients’ objectives as well as our business objectives, maintaining the company’s expected levels of creative excellence and professionalism
• Present, share and review creative work with CCO, Account Management and Planning Leads as well as members of the Management Team
• Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors
• Collaborate effectively with Account Management, Planning and the broader creative team to develop disruptive and iconic work

Sales Executive adalah tim penjualan yang membantu perusahaan atau organisasi dalam menjual produk atau layanan perusahaan kepada calon pelanggan atau target pasar. 

·        Memberi informasi tentang produk dan layanan

·        Memenuhi target penjualan bulanan dan tahunan

·        Menghasilkan prospek penjualan melalui telepon, email atau bertatap muka langsung

·        Memelihara basis data Consumer Relationship Management (CRM)

·        Melakukan pertemuan tatap muka atau presentasi online untuk proses penjualan

·        Menjaga hubungan yang baik dengan klien saat ini dan yang baru

·        Mempersiapkan dokumen invoice, kontrak hingga proposal

·        Menghadiri pameran dagang
