ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; prepares reports; supervises and maintains regular accounting processes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Lead Product Manager to oversee the development and growth of our credit product portfolio. In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of credit-related products, ensuring they meet market demands and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data, risk, and marketing to drive the product vision, create innovative solutions, and enhance customer experiences in the credit space. Your expertise in credit products, combined with your leadership abilities, will be crucial in delivering products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

·                Product Strategy & Vision: Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for credit products, including credit cards, loans, lines of credit, and other financial services. Ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

·                Market Research & Trends: Stay on top of industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitor offerings in the credit space. Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze data to identify new opportunities for growth.

·                Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, risk, finance, compliance, marketing, and operations teams to drive product development and delivery. Lead product planning sessions and coordinate across teams to ensure timely product launches.

·                Risk & Compliance Management: Work closely with risk, legal, and compliance teams to ensure that all credit products adhere to regulatory requirements, including credit risk policies, underwriting guidelines, and financial regulations.

·                Customer Experience & Journey: Lead efforts to improve the overall customer experience in the credit product lifecycle, from onboarding to repayment. Partner with UX/UI teams to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences for customers.

·                Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance and customer feedback using key performance indicators (KPIs), and take actionable steps to optimize product features, pricing, and positioning.

·                Mentoring & Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and expertise on best practices in product management and credit products.

·                Innovation & Scaling: Identify and implement opportunities for innovation and product differentiation in the credit space. Scale existing products and develop new ones that cater to evolving market needs.

·                Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to senior leadership, and collaborate with external partners, vendors, and financial institutions as necessary.

·                Experience: 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on credit products (loans, buy now pay later, etc.) or related financial services.

·                Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and mentoring product teams, with a demonstrated ability to manage and deliver complex projects across multiple stakeholders.

·                Credit Expertise: Deep understanding of the credit lifecycle, including underwriting, portfolio management, credit risk, and regulatory requirements.

·                Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making skills. Ability to interpret financial metrics, user analytics, and market data to inform product decisions.

·                Technical Understanding: Familiarity with modern software development practices (Agile, Scrum) and experience working closely with engineering teams on complex financial technology solutions.

·                Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a history of successfully working with cross-functional teams, senior executives, and external partners.

·                Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for creating customer-first products and delivering seamless, user-friendly credit experiences.

·                Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and influence key stakeholders.

·                Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Design, or other fields from top local or overseas universities with strong academic results, MBA is a plus.

3. Membentuk kelompok sentra produktif yang terdiri dari Ibu-Ibu golongan ekonomi menengah kebawah

4. Memberikan pinjaman modal usaha nasabah

5. Melakukan pembinaan dan pelatihan kepada para Nasabah agar usaha/bisnis mereka berjalan dengan baik

6. Membina hubungan baik dengan para nasabah

7. Melakukan penarikan angsuran dari nasabah dengan mengadakan pertemuan setiap dua minggu sekali

Menentukan strategi untuk memulai proyek, mengevaluasi dan memahami persyaratan proyek, menganalisis dan membawa profesional yang dibutuhkan, dan memantau kemajuan pekerjaan.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

1. Pengelolaan Produk di Toko Online:

• Mengunggah dan memperbarui informasi produk seperti deskripsi, harga, stok, dan gambar di website atau marketplace.
• Memastikan deskripsi produk lengkap, menarik, dan akurat untuk memudahkan pelanggan dalam memahami produk yang ditawarkan.

1. Pemrosesan Pesanan:

• Menerima dan memproses pesanan yang masuk melalui website atau marketplace.
• Mengelola status pesanan mulai dari konfirmasi, pengemasan, hingga pengiriman.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim logistik atau jasa kurir untuk memastikan pengiriman tepat waktu.

1. Pelayanan Pelanggan (Customer Service):

• Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan mengenai produk, harga, ketersediaan stok, dan pengiriman melalui media sosial, email, atau chat.
• Menangani keluhan dan menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi pelanggan terkait pesanan atau produk.
• Menyediakan informasi mengenai kebijakan retur atau penukaran barang.

1. Pengelolaan Stok Barang:

• Memantau dan memperbarui stok produk secara berkala untuk memastikan ketersediaan barang di toko online.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim gudang untuk melakukan pengecekan stok fisik secara berkala dan mencatat selisih jika ada.

1. Mengelola Media Sosial:

• Memposting konten produk, promo, atau informasi lainnya di media sosial (Instagram, Facebook, dll.).
• Membalas komentar atau pesan langsung dari calon pembeli di media sosial.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim pemasaran untuk menjalankan kampanye iklan atau promosi di media sosial.

1. Manajemen Promosi dan Diskon:

• Membuat dan mengelola promosi, diskon, atau voucher yang tersedia di toko online.
• Mengikuti kampanye diskon marketplace (jika toko ada di platform seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, dll.).

1. Pengelolaan Pengembalian dan Penggantian Produk:

• Menangani proses retur atau penukaran barang dari pelanggan.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim gudang atau pemasok untuk proses pengembalian barang yang cacat atau tidak sesuai.

1. Pelacakan dan Pelaporan Penjualan:

• Membuat laporan penjualan harian, mingguan, atau bulanan untuk manajemen.
• Melakukan analisis penjualan untuk mengetahui produk yang paling laris dan tren penjualan.

1. Koordinasi dengan Pihak Ketiga:

• Berkoordinasi dengan penyedia jasa pengiriman, pemasok produk, atau marketplace untuk keperluan operasional.
• Menyelesaikan masalah yang mungkin timbul dengan pihak-pihak eksternal terkait toko online.

1. Menjaga Kepuasan Pelanggan:

• Mengelola ulasan dan rating dari pelanggan di platform marketplace atau media sosial.
• Memastikan pelanggan mendapatkan pengalaman belanja yang baik dan memberikan tanggapan yang cepat dan profesional.
