Summary of responsibilities:

• Assisting Executive Hygiene Manager/Hygiene Manager to Review Food safety policy annually and report to Director of culinary and  GM for approval
• Assisting Executive Hygiene Manager to Review HACCP Manual on yearly basis
• Ensure Good Hygiene Practice Manual Book as a guidance for Food handler department are implemented on daily basis
• Participate on Hygiene walkthrough
• Established record system to support HACCP document
• Established all data and presentation for monthly hygiene meeting
• Participate on Monthly hygiene Meeting
• Participate HACCP Internal Audit.
• Assisting Executive Hygiene Manager/Hygiene Manager to review and create SOP and PP  related with hygiene
• Participate on supplier audit for Potentialy Hazardous Food
• Monitor implementation of F&B and Engineering preventive maintenance list
• Work together with Engineering to ensure organized system of pest control prevention
• Work together with HR and legal regarding all government license hat related with Hygiene
• Work with outside Laboratory to do monthly microbiology test
• Taking food samples for every banquet event that attend by a minimum of 100 pax
• Compile data for food allegation issues which occur through QIAF and report to Hygiene Manager
• Involved in all external audit that related with hygiene
• Participate and contributing to the resort Hygiene program through education, interaction, and suggestion

• Minimum bachelor degree in Food Engineering or Environmental Health.
• Understand HACCP, ISO 22000 or equivalent.
• Computer literate especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken..

8. Menerapkan semua prosedur pengendalian kunci dan berpartisipasi dalam semua hal yang berkaitan dengan keamanan kamar tamu.
9. Mengetahui semua prosedur darurat dan kebakaran serta memastikan bahwa seluruh staf Front Office mendapatkan pelatihan yang lengkap.
10. Membantu Hotel Manager dan menyelesaikan tugas-tugas administratif serta proyek khusus sebagaimana diminta oleh manajemen.

1. Sebagai Pengemudi

Secara umum tugas pengemudi adalah mengoperasikan kendaraan SNV untuk menyediakan moda transportasi yang aman dan nyaman bagi kegiatan Horas Hub dengan berpanduan terhadap peraturan lalu lintas dan standar umum keselamatan mengemudi.

Secara khusus tugas sebagai pengemudi adalah:

• Memeriksa kondisi kendaraan sebelum dan sesudah pemakaian, melaporkan jika terjadi kerusakan atau diperlukan perbaikan terhadap kendaraan
• Mengendarai kendaraan SNV seperti ditugaskan oleh atasan
• Patuh kepada peraturan lalu lintas, standar keselamatan dan peraturan SNV
• Memastikan kendaraan siap, bersih dan berfungsi dengan baik untuk pemakaian setiap waktu
• Melakukan pemeliharan rutin kendaraan
• Mencatat kegiatan harian dalam buku harian penggunaan kendaraan sesuai dengan kebijakan di SNV.

• membantu pekerjaan administrasi saat berada di kantor, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada: memberikan bantuan pengurusan imigrasi, HRD, Fotokopi, Scanning, filing (arsip), pengaturan brosur/ majalah/ surat kabar.

• Menawarkan produk-produk Perusahaan kepada Existing maupun New Costumer.
• Mendapatkan order dari Channel Distribution, melakukan initial data, melakukan verifikasi dan melengkapi dokumen costumer dan aplikasi kredit.
• Memonitor progress aplikasi dan menginformasikan keputusan kredit kepada dealer dan costumer.
• Menginformasikan tanggal jatuh tempo, lokasi pembayaran dan hal-hal lain yang perlu diketahui konsumen.

Melakukan proses analisis dan verifikasi terhadap kelayakan/kualitas calon Customer dari proses screening pertama dan memberikan rekomendasi approval kepada Komite Kredit

• Act as the employee liaison for their questions and concerns related to the company policy and employment
• Responsible to follow up and process probations and contract renewals
• Administer leave requests; check for allowance, eligibility, and enforce policy
• Advise people managers in handling special employee situations
• Support HR Manager in the paperwork for promotions, demotions, and terminations
• Support HR Manager in collecting data and documents for compliance
• Support on-boarding and off-boarding process

The Front Desk Agent acts as an ambassador for the hotel; providing a warm and personal welcome upon arrival, any assistance needed throughout the guests’ stay, and settling accounts accurately upon departure, with the desire to see the guest return.

What you will be doing:

• Ensures each guest receives a warm and welcoming reception, and a fond farewell according to all Sofitel Standards
• Communicates with other departments for general hotel knowledge as well as completing guest requests in a timely manner and ensures follow up is completed
• Ensures that all bills are kept up to date and accurate and process upon departure
• Takes advance reservations, bookings and special requirements
• Enrolls new ALL members and updates ALL profiles as required
• Remains observant and responds to each guest who approaches the Front Desk

Based in our Jakarta office, you will be joining a friendly and experienced team. This role will require you to spend time at the ports when expecting ships are due to arrive.

What Will You Do?

This role will see you:

• prepare, validate and submit import documentation to ensure acceptance of product and payment from customers
• keep accurate records of receivables, imports and exports for internal and external audits and ensuring records are meeting regulation compliance
• manage schedules of ocean shipping and domestic trucking to meet customer expectations for arrival dates
• negotiate freight rates to meet customer requirements and cost management
