As a Commercial Sales Associate specializing in Grains (rice, corn, wheat) you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through acquiring and managing commercial clientele. Leveraging your passion for Grains, you will promote and sell our diverse range of grains products and services, while fostering strong relationship with clients to ensure their needs are met.
What you will do but not limited to:
- Actively prospect, identify, and secure new commercial client or partners within the
- Grains sector
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with existing partners, addressing
- their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective strategies for promoting
- Grains products and services.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, ensuring alignment with client or partners requirements and company objectives.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and close sales deals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Plantation, or any related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within Grains or Agricultural industry.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of Grains products, practices, and market trends.
- Proven experience in direct offtake to plantation or through distribution chains
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
