• Help to do KOL outreach (existing and new), negotiate rate (based on historical guide) and posting date based on SOW (statement of work) 
• In doing communication and KOL outreach, intern should maintain good relationship with existing and new KOL by displaying prompt and accommodative communication

Administrative :

• Input and monitor KOL seeding request to Operations team to be completed in timely manner before KOL posting date 
• Generate and share customised UTM/ track links to KOL 
• Share content brief to KOL 
• Update KOL names (posting date & rate) and clothing selections on tracker 
• Daily monitoring of KOL posting & report KOL posting performance to manager (timeline of posting, check on content quality, check UTM links) 

Ad Hoc :

• Assist & stand by for offline events and photoshoot 
• Request and be the PIC responsible for clothing lending for influencers/ muses/ internal team 
• Assist to contact external vendors (for PR/ social-related vendors) 
• Give fresh and innovative ideas based on current trends to support offline event planning & ideation 
• I.e: event activity, venue, F&B vendors, etc 

Social Media Pillar : Instagram

• Help to do instagram posting both graphic content & influencer repost in timely manner 
• IG Story: 2x daily
• IG Post: 1x week
• Help to generate UTM/ track links for instagram posting & refresh linkinbio

What you will do but not limited to: 

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day layer poultry operations, ensuring adherence to best practices for animal husbandry and production. 

• Collect and analyze data on egg production, quality, and feed conversion ratios to identify areas for improvement. 
• Identify and conduct research for potential customers in area assigned. 

• Make cold calls, emails, and visit prospective clients to generate leads and interest in products offered. 

• Prepare and present engaging sales presentation to potential customers.  

• Work closely with the team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals. 

• Build and maintain strong relationship with existing customers to ensure business continuity. 

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and markets. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Husbandry, Poultry Science, Agriculture, or a related field. 

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in layer poultry farming (egg)

• Strong knowledge of poultry management practices, biosecurity measures, and egg production techniques. 

• Experience in collaborating with farmers and managing farming operations effectively. 

• Proficient in data collection and analysis, with the ability to utilize data to enhance production efficiency. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address challenges in poultry farming operations. 

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with farmers and internal teams. 

• Passionate about sustainable agriculture and improving the livelihoods of farmers. 

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. 

• Familiarity with the latest advancements in poultry farming technology and practices is a plus. 

- Complete the sales targets set by the company and carry out sales work in this industry in a planned manner

- Develop new customers, establish perfect customer information, and complete relevant sales reports

- Maintain good relationship with the existing customers and promote long-term and stable cooperative relations between customers and the company

- Responsible for the customer's accounts receivable recovery in accordance to the time period of collection set by the company

- Participate in sales meetings or organized training of company

- Pay visit to the customer regularly, collect customer feedback, complaints and other information, and forward it to relevant departments in order to improve service quality

- Establish a good relationship with customers to maintain corporate image
