• Memastikan pekerjaan selesai sesuai jadwal 

• Membuat planning pekerjaan di lapangan sesuai instruksi dari user agar pekerjaan dapat diselesaikan sesuai jadwal (tepat waktu)
• Mengatur dan memeriksa seluruh kegiatan pencegahan kerusakan (maintenance) pada mesing-mesin produksi yang disesuaikan dengan petunjuk kerja dan pelaksanaan maintenance
• Mengatur dan memeriksa permohonan permintaan pembuatan dan perbaikan terhadap seluruh fasilitas pabrik yang sesuai dengan petunjuk kerja penanganan masalah fasilitas pabrik

• Mengawasi operasi sehari-hari sistem piping termasuk memantau kinerja sistem dan menyesuaikan aliran dan tekanan jika diperlukan
• Mengkoordinasikan aktivitas pemeliharaan dan perbaikan, termasuk menjadwalkan inspeksi rutin, mengidentifikasi masalah melalui alat diagnostik, dan mengawasi pekerjaan kru pemeliharaan untuk memastikan jaringan pipa tetap dalam kondisi optimal.
• Menganalisis data sistem dan menyusun laporan operasional untuk manajemen senior, menyoroti metrik kinerja, mengidentifikasi tren, dan merekomendasikan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keselamatan

• Melakukan pengepakan produk sesuai dengan SOP yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Pengepakan produk harus dilakukan dengan hati-hati, teliti, dan rapi agar tidak merusak produk atau menyebabkan kesalahan
• Mengoperasikan mesin pengepakan jika diperlukan. Operator packing harus menguasai cara kerja dan fungsi mesin pengepakan serta melakukan perawatan dan troubleshooting jika terjadi masalah.
• Melakukan pengecekan kualitas produk sebelum dan sesudah di-packing. Operator packing harus memastikan bahwa produk yang di-packing sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan tidak cacat atau rusak.
• Melakukan pencatatan jumlah produk yang di-packing dan melaporkan hasil pekerjaan kepada leader atau supervisor. Operator packing harus membuat laporan pekerjaan yang akurat dan lengkap untuk keperluan administrasi dan evaluasi.
