1. Mengelola dan memonitoring kinerja Collection dan Recovery untuk memastikan pencapaian target yang telah ditentukan.
2. Memberikan laporan, informasi dan feedback terhadap atasan terhadap pencapaian target Deliquency, Moving AR secara harian, mingguan dan bulanan.
3. Membantu kolektor dalam melakukan upaya penagihan terhadap customer yang bersifat kasus.
4. Mensupervisi tim serta memberikan coaching bagi Field Collector.
5. Memberikan penanganan terhadap Field Collector yang performanya menurun.
6. Monitoring hasil kunjungan dan jumlah kunjungan Field Collector
7. Melaporkan dan mendiskusikan pencapaian target, masalah dan kesulitan yang dialami kepada atasan.
8. Membagi wilayah penanganan untuk masing-masing collector.
9. Mengelola dan monitoring pembayaran konsumen.
10. Memberikan analisa penanganan konsumen dan melaporkannya ke atasan.
11. Melakukan review dan memberikan persetujuan terhadap rencana kunjungan.
12. Melaporkan dan mendiskusikan pencapaian target cabang, masalah dan kesulitan yang dialami kepada atasan.

We are looking for an Area Manager to lead our fast-growing team in Jakarta. Our ideal leader will have a strong background in managing teams, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced working environment. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team, achieving sales targets, and building strong partnerships and relationships with SMEs.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role
