The Role

Join our dynamic team as a People & Culture Intern, where you will gain hands-on experience in managing organisational culture, promoting a healthy work environment, and supporting office operations. Main Responsibilities :

• Do recruitment process for Entry Level (Retail Part-Timer, Intern, and Assistant level).
• Assist in recruitment process for Executive-Senior Executive level (administrative stuff such as : sending case study, scheduling user interview, contacting candidates, etc).
• Participate in the planning and execution of employee wellness and engagement programs (Office Day, 17 Agustus Event, Halloween Event, Global Townhall, etc).
• Maintain and update the employee database, masterlist, and other relevant documentation to ensure accurate tracking of employee lifecycle information.

The Role

You will become an integral part of the Merchandising department at Love, Bonito. You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of our Merchandising team scopes. From assisting Buying & Launching, to assisting sales performance review, you will be pivotal to the execution of our merchandising operations. You will also be responsible to support inventory movement and support team objectives to achieve high sales through rate & health inventory.

Main Responsibilities

Launch Execution

• Prepare & execute weekly online new arrivals from product detail and image until all products are uploaded correctly.
• Execute strategic website VM arrangement based on merchandising sorting logic.
• Prepare & execute markdown items launched during Sale event. 
• Liaising with HQ to gather missing product information(Barcode, missing SKUs, etc) - if needed. 
• Support any Online Projects & Sale event.

Assortment & Inventory Performance

• Execute weekly New Arrivals Replenishment.
• Curate weekly SKU Curation to support the Marketing Team in succeeding new customer acquisition. 
• Curate and liaise with Marketing to create thematic SKU Curation.
• Become key support for inventory movement and operations.

Requirements & Experiences :

• Minimum 1 year of Junior Merchandising experience.
• Bachelor degree in Fashion Business, Fashion Merchandising, or relevant field preferred
• Proactive, and willing to learn, with good project management skills. 
• Have good sense of Ladies fashion and trends.
• Basic skills and knowledge in Excels.
• Basic skills in Magento are considered plus points.

• Maintain detailed knowledge of the activities of the day and of key occurrences in your city/location including directions to key points of interests, restaurants, theatres, shopping, cinemas, sporting and recreational facilities, banks, consulates, transport systems and special events
• Maintain adequate supplies of forms and brochures, and ensure that they are presented in line with the hotel’s operating standards

Main Responsibilities for Retail Ambassador

• Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to guests and offering advice on color, fit, and silhouette to best suit their needs.
• Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colors, sizes, and quantities on the floor.

• Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms.

• Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers, as well as support all stocktake exercises.
• Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments.

Requirements & Qualifications :

• Female, minimum 18 years old (students are welcome!)
• Good working knowledge of Ms. Word, Excel, Google Drive, and POS payment system.
• Ability to communicate in English is preferred (expected to have foreign tourists in our store!).

• Improve project process by developing and implementing cost structure, then manage job-specific code of accounts for WBS approvals.

Technical Engineer – Customer Service provides maintenance & repair service and meet customer’s expectation level of service quality. He/she also is responsible for checking the qualities of products in the market and provide feedback for future product development.

• Provide repair and calibration service for products sold.

• Follow SOP to record each incoming service demand in system properly.

1.     Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Electromedical Engineering (preferable)
