The Technical Solutions Manager will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our clients and our technical team. This role involves understanding client needs, designing tailored solutions, managing implementation projects, and ensuring the successful adoption of our technology.

• Client engagement: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, understand client requirements and challenges, and provide expert advice on how Kata.ai solutions can address their needs. 
• Solution design: Collaborate with clients to design customized solutions using Kata.ai’s AICX Platform and develop detailed technical specifications and architecture for proposed solutions. Oversee the development process, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Project management: Lead the implementation of AI solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope and coordinate with internal teams (engineering, product, and commercial) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Technical support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for clients post-implementation and conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on the use of Kata.ai’s products. 
• Continuous improvement: Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement in our products and services and stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.
• Solution Architect: Develop high-level and detailed architecture designs that meet business requirements and are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis, reporting, and modeling.
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.

Accounting and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.

Cash Flow Management:

• Manage cash flow, including forecasting, and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
• Optimize the handling of banking relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash positions.

Risk Management:

• Identify and manage financial risks, including foreign currency exchange, interest rates, and other financial instruments.
• Ensure the company’s financial policies and procedures are effective and up-to-date.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Ensure continuous improvement of finance processes and systems.

Develop and Implement Growth Strategies:

• Identify new growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to execute growth initiatives.

Data Analysis and Insights:

• Analyze user data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Track and report on key growth metrics, and use insights to optimize strategies.

Experimentation and Testing:

• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to identify the most effective growth strategies.
• Iterate on successful experiments to scale growth efforts.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Partner with product and engineering teams to develop features that drive growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize campaigns.

User Acquisition:

• Develop and execute campaigns to acquire new users through various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, partnerships, and more.

User Retention and Engagement:

• Implement strategies to increase user engagement and retention, including onboarding programs, loyalty programs, and personalized experiences.

Market Research:

• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Use research insights to inform growth strategies and identify new opportunities.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain detailed records of growth experiments, outcomes, and learnings.
• Prepare and present regular reports on growth performance to senior management.

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and timeliness in receiving, storing, shipping, and inventory management.
• Optimize layout for better space utilization and workflow, planning material storage locations for streamlined processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts, monitor inventory levels, recommend procurement, and prevent overstock or stockouts.
• Train and manage warehouse staff to ensure safety and performance.
• Coordinate logistics with suppliers and customers to ensure timely deliveries, and maintain quality and safety standards for all goods.
• Maintain compliance with the company's quality management system.

• Develop a product roadmap and prioritization strategy to address user needs while achieving business objectives.
• Drive business KPIs and success metrics in term of mobile app developments (users app and driver app)
• Understand user needs and translate them into product requirements, considering business goals, development costs, and potential technical debt.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization to understand and prioritize needs across various use cases and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the ideation, research, design, development, and adoption of user-centric mobile app products.
• Innovate and experiment on new mobile app technology to drive better user experience and higher user adoption
