Oversees daily hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth functioning of all departments. This role involves managing staff, addressing guest issues, handling emergencies, and coordinating between departments to maintain high service standards. The Duty Manager also supervises check-ins and check-outs, enforces hotel policies, and resolves any operational challenges. General Duties

1. Establish par levels for supplies and equipment. Complete requisitions to replenish shortages or additional items needed for the anticipated business.
2. Requisition linens for business and assign colleagues to transport such to the restaurant.
3. Check stock of wines / champagnes and inform the Restaurant Manager so he can prepare order to avoid shortages. Ensure wines are received, properly stored, and kept secured.          
4. Review sales of previous day; resolve discrepancies with Finance. Track revenue against budget and forecast.
5. Meet with the Chef to review daily specials and out of stock items; update board throughout shift. Ensure that Colleagues are aware of such.
6. Periodically check with the Restaurant hostesses to review updates on reservation levels and arrivals.

You:

Description of Duties:

Plan function

• Responsible for data analysis, sales tracking, sales targets, and retail team's KPIs
• Responsible for store planning and visual merchandising
• Prepare competition analysis to identify the best locations to place company brands
• Work closely with Regional Retail Sales & Marketing Team on expansion strategy
• To undertake all training mandatory and necessary training aligned with brand and business needs.
• To undertake an appraisal and personal development review annually and through self-development, continuously update and improve knowledge and competencies.
• Drive sales at all department store counters and channels
• Initiate and execute sales promotions in order to achieve sales targets
• Recruit, coach, supervise, and motivate retail staff with the objective of maintaining the level of productivity while sustaining the team's stability and morale.
• Promote a customer care approach within the retail business, investigating complaints or issues of poor customer care, both timely and efficiently
• Manage daily operations of counters and channels
• To monitor stock in each shop, ensuring there are adequate supplies.
• To identify methods of stock generation in conjunction with each sales supervisor, and to respond to stock concerns where relevant.

• To develop retail operation policy & SOP in driving the excellent operation i.e. standard services, grooming, salesmanship, display, merchandising, etc.

Education & Experience:

• a Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, business studies, or in a similar field.
• Min. experience in retail sales and customer service for at least 5 years.
• Candidate from consumer electronics or electronic background will be preferrable.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication in the English language.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, ability to influence people.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to cope with changes.
• Possesses organizational skills and is able to coordinate sales operations across a retail chain.
• Good understanding of retail management.

• Oversee all aspects of brand identity, including messaging, tone of voice, and visual language.

• Craft compelling copy for marketing materials, website content, and social media campaigns.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive brand storytelling strategy that encompasses all marketing channels (website, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
• Work closely with the Creative Team to ensure brand consistency across all visual assets, including website design, social media graphics, presentations, and sales collateral.
• Conceive, plan, and execute creative marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline) to achieve brand awareness and business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities.
• Oversee the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage and collaborate with our internal creative team and external vendors, such as designers and agencies, to produce high-quality brand assets.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in branding and marketing.

• 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, or a related field, preferably experienced working in startups or marketing agencies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Strategic mindset combined with creative problem solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

This position is responsible for assisting the Accounting Department in financial analysis, creating timely and accurate financial statements, reconciliation of accounts and financial reporting projects.

Essential functions

• Process month-end, quarter-end and year-end balancing and journal entries.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and year–end financial reports showing operating performance.
• Involvement in eliminations, consolidations and financial analysis of assigned business regions.
