This position is to support the Director of Commercial and being responsible for the management of the Brand DNA among its guidelines in the key areas of the hotel, Curated & dedicated events, Outlets Identity, Partnerships, Public Relation support and Loyalty Program culture.

What you will be doing:

• Assist Director of Commercial in developing and producing sales support materials for Outlets (newsletters, brochures, mailers, promotion materials, in-room information, guides, etc.)
• Assist Director of Food and Beverage in the development and production of Scheduled Events, Partnerships, ADD & Bar Sales
• Monitor all Brand Guidelines and its evolution including preparation to Yearly Audits
• Representation as Brand Champion of the Hotel Image in and out the property
• Coordinate and lead all internal hotel special events, Outlets promotions with the aim to maximize ROI, Revenue and Loyalty, from pre-set, during and after activation
• Evaluate potential long term partnerships at the benefit of the Pullman Brand and the Hotel and its Outlets
• Stimulate the Loyalty Culture among all departments with the team and upfront all guests
• In Charge of Pullman Brand Identity respect, Outlet Brands consistency and upselling with Strong Loyalty Program support

• Assists all area in daily night shift operation within 3 (three) hotels. 
• Responsible for assisting in a "hands-on" capacity should the need arise in any outlet or area in the Hotel.
• Checks and ensures that all operation standards are in place.
• To solve any operation issued during night shift.

Primary Responsibilities

Security Operation

• Train Security Officers in the operation of surveillance equipment, written reports, record keeping, patrol and first aid procedures
• Disseminate all information by the Management to team members
• Conduct patrols and regular checks on all Security Officers to assure that they are alert and discharging their duties efficiently and effectively
• Conduct all criminal investigations, put up accompanying investigation papers and reports cases which occur within the Hotel
• Conduct surveillance on hotel staff to ensure that they abide by the House Rules; Keep tag on movements of staff who are classified as suspects under investigations
• Control and direct all emergency personnel traffic in response to fire, bomb threat, police assistance, injury or illness
• Inspect all Security equipment to ensure that they are in working order and that all cameras are correctly focused
• Conduct routine day-to-day checks of the following items to ensure that they are properly maintained, issued and accounted for;
  • Pocket books;
  • Security Desk Occurrence Book;
  • Gate Passes and Security Passes;
  • Keys and Key Registers;
  • Post allocation for hotel and External Security
• Cultivate Informers with the intention of obtaining information of security interest that may be of immediate or future use to the Department for prevention and detection purposes
• Record all activities involving the Department in the Daily Security Report
• Provide security coverage for VIP guests
• Update General Manager constantly on all matters of security interest affecting the Hotel and the Department
• Always be on-call, including off-duty hours, for any emergency that may arise

Team Management

• Conduct performance review with the team
• Identify and develop team members with potential
• Constantly monitor team members’ appearance, attitude and degree of professionalism
• Conduct detailed induction programs for new employees
• Develop, conduct maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business
• Prepare weekly staff schedules keeping in mind anticipated business, operating budgets and standards of service

Other Responsibilities

• Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
• Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times
• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
• Report for duty on time wearing clean and complete uniform at all times
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel

Position Purpose:

• To oversee, develop, and leverage the performance of the brand in the Indonesian market. Specifically, to focus on developing brand image and positioning, sales turnover as well as profitability.

Planning function:

Operational:

Liaison:

• At least 8 years experience in the related field, with 3 years as a brand manager in the retail industry preferably in high-end and luxury haircare.

• Assist and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage team in Restaruant and Banquet

• Oversee EB insurance renewal process, ensuring seamless transitions and proactively addressing any changes or challenges.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout clients' policy journey including claims process and endorsement process, then coordinate internally with operation team to handle client requests.
• Facilitate efficient resolution towards any clients inquiries and be the advocate for client interest
• Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and risk management strategies to help them make informed decisions.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products and services to existing clients.
• Provide value adding relationship to clients and such as coordinating wellness program

Primary Responsibilities

• To supervise credit billing, collection of aging and credit card transactions.
• To verify daily bank balances through review of bank statement, prepare bank reconciliation and credit card reconciliation for Director of Finance approval.

•Maintain and control hotel Information Technology such as internet, hotel computer system to ensure that all day to day operational matter is handled on time

•To ensure the departmental budget is adhered to in terms of expenditure by monitoring and controlling cost

The Strategic Investor Senior Manager will be part of a dynamic team focusing on improving FSMK’s capital position by raising debt regionally across Accredited Investors (AIs), High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI), and Family Offices (FO) segments. • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of front desk associates, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
