• Work closely with servers, hosts, and management to ensure smooth service and a cohesive team effort. Communicate any special guest requests or issues to the relevant staff members.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and legal regulations concerning alcohol service. Verify guest age and manage the responsible service of alcohol.
• Assist in training new bartenders or bar staff as needed, sharing knowledge of techniques, recipes, and service standards.

Located 22 floors above the ground, the new restaurant will bring Fairmont Jakarta dining scene to a new height, with its alliance with a Michelin-starred restaurant in Singapore.

You will assist the IT Manager in the implementation and upkeep of the Property Management System (Opera). You will be the key driver in ensuring that the PMS is up to date with the most current version as instructed by Corporate IT, then assist authorized users in relation to hotel operations and support team members with their personal computers. You are responsible for the coordination and timely handling of any software fault reports, issues, or enhancement requests as well as to provide technical assistance to internal and external audit staff.
