Your duties will include supervising the front office staff, managing room reservations, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. As part of the Information Systems (IS) Governance Team, you will be working with the team in Singapore and across Asia to help track, manage and improve the IS projects in Asia. You will ensure project objectives in relation to cost, time and quality are achieved. The Project Manager will also act as a mentor to coach the functional teams on project management best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management of IS projects and ensure timely delivery, meeting the KPI set
• Work with functional teams, ensuring efficient delivery of work packages and project
• Standardize the PMO processes within the functional teams
• To build up an Agile mindset within the team
