• Monitor renewal opportunities in SFDC to ensure they are closed in a timely manner.

• Assist in the creation of contracts and other documentation as required.

• In collaboration with SEBM team, pull together proposal and tender documentation for sales team on request

• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date data by entering information, performing data cleanup tasks, and addressing data quality issues.

• Ensure that all necessary information for reporting is accurate, readily available, and effectively supports reporting and analysis requirements.

• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and sales teams to ensure seamless billing and collection processes.

• Partner with Sales Operations and Sales Enablement providing feedback on processes based on frontline experiences, helping to refine and adjust them for better usability and effectiveness.

• Partner with Sales Operations and Sales Enablement providing practical feedback on tool usage, assist in troubleshooting, and ensure that tools are used effectively in daily operations.

• Assist the sales team with mass customer mailings via Groove for announcements and event invitations.

• Assist in the onboarding of new staff and provide ongoing support to help them navigate processes and tools effectively.

• Assist in any other activities that are required at short notice to enable the sales team to succeed.

• Able to Interact with Indonesia goverment bodies and is familar with all procurement systems and processes and is capable of finding the answer.

Persyaratan :

• Pendidikan minimal D3 atau S1 dari semua jurusan .
• Berpengalaman minimal 3 tahun dalam pelayanan konsumen produk atau jasa, diutamanakan di bidang Property Developer.
• Memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam berkomunikasi, menangani komplain dan presentasi.
• Mampu berfokus pada kepuasan konsumen dan mampu menyesuaikan diri untuk merespons berbagai tipe karakter konsumen.
• Mampu bekerja multitasking, memprioritaskan pekerjaan utama, dan mengelola waktu kerja dengan efektif.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Tenjo dan Jakarta Barat

Tanggung Jawab: 

• Membina hubungan baik dengan konsumen.
• Menangani keluhan konsumen baik melalui email, telepon atau tatap muka.
• Melakukan penanganan dan monitoring dalam proses terkait pesanan unit, pengembalian uang, ataupun pertukaran unit dengan unit Agung Podomoro lainnya.
• Menyusun laporan harian, bulanan ataupun tahunan tentang kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan.

• Delivers excellent service, meticulously coordinates reservation (system-based) and manages guests' account and information
• Handles and records guest comments and complaints, may refer issues to Manager when necessary, and relay guests' messages to respective divisions promptly
• Perform night audit reporting
• Provides any tourism information related to apartment's surroundings
• Perform any other duties as required and directed by the Guest Services Manager or Management

• Handle library operation services (circulation, membership, photocopy machine services, reception etc.)
• Assist librarian for library processing (labeling and shelving)
• Assist librarian to conduct library event
• Help library stock checking (opname)
• Any other duties as instructed by the supervisor
