Job Purpose

• Supervise Reservations Agent(s). Ensure department standards and policies are adhered to, making recommendations where necessary to reach overall performance goals

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Strategic Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team at AMODA, a leading construction technology company. As Strategic Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy by forging and nurturing strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new partners, as well as managing and optimizing existing partnerships to maximize their value.

Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that supports our company's overall business goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including negotiating terms, agreements, and contracts. Cultivate strategic alliances that support the company's market expansion and revenue growth.
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential partners across the construction technology landscape.
• Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
• Manage and oversee the lifecycle of all partnerships, ensuring that they deliver measurable results.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and success of partnership initiatives.
• Represent AMODA at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote our partnerships.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the construction technology industry.

• 5+ years of experience in building and managing strategic partnerships in the construction or related industry.
• Proven track record of establishing and managing successful partnerships, driving revenue growth, and achieving business objectives.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Deep understanding of the construction technology landscape.

About the role 

We are seeking experienced sales & business development with a strong focus on partnership and insurance to join our dynamic team. As a Commercial Manager you will be working with the commercial team and play a crucial role in partnership to make Igloo become the future of insurance.

Job Responsibilities 

• Identify and engage key potential partners in Indonesia across industries with huge customer bases, i.e. Telco, Travel, e-Commerce and Hospitality, Banking / Payments to generate business leads.
• Develop a comprehensive offering around digital insurance products and solutions, conduct effective pitching to prospective partners, and execute acquisition plans comprehensively and promptly.
• Design and present proposals and quotations to potential partners.
• Act as the first point of contact for potential partners inquiries, relaying them to the relevant department(s).
• Manage account activities under care, and optimize business relationships by providing strategic advice and strong support to drive up partners business activities.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely, and quality onboarding of new partners and related product launches.
• Work closely with external stakeholders, including partners and insurers to establish and ensure insurance services policies, procedures, and contracting processes are by the company's business standards.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and business development
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Business, Management, Planning, Marketing
• Experience in general insurance / insurtech / fintech companies and/or technology, services companies would be advantageous
• Strong problem-solving and excellent communications skills to manage multiple
• stakeholders, self-motivated and proactive, with a desire to be hands-on and creative to deliver outcomes
• Preferably have experience or exposure to project managing API integrations and
• understanding its limitations, but not must.
• Fluency in English is a must (both spoken and written).

• Certified in Brevet A, B, & C is preferable.
• Certified in Tax Consultant (IKPI) is preferable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related field, specifically in tax consultant.

This role will be responsible for maintaining/enhancing customer relationships, responding to client queries (across RMS & CPS) via CSO, perform triage/ coordination with Global Service Center team focusing on Data pulls, reports, resolution and triaging of client queries, and driving overall client satisfaction

• Responsible for coverage analysis & client queries elements of JBP, including defining success criteria and tracking mechanisms, aligning with customer on ways of working, and defining service delivery elements of JBP 
• Responsible for coverage analysis & client queries elements of client review process, including review and tracking value delivery against JBP across teams and markets and tracking actions for improvement as needed
• Responsible for account ID setup and initial technical support through direct support or triaging technical support requests to right functions (e.g., support on NIQ fundamental tools and Essential platform usage training) as part of the client onboarding process
• Accountable/responsible for change management and transition components of tactical client training (e.g., self-guided in platform training, self-paced courses on NIQ data and tools) 
• Responsible for managing client issues and triaging issue to right issue owner for resolution; Responsible for collecting Voice of Customer for User Experience & Service Model related topics, input through proper VoC collection methods (see VoC deep dive)
• Responsible for maintaining and promoting CSO to clients, managing and maintaining NIQ knowledge articles, and improving client satisfaction and experience using CSO

• Strong leadership skills with an acute sense of good judgment
• Can thrive in a high-pressure environment and has a strong operational strategy that is timely
• Knowledge of food safety principles and best practices, HACCP certification is desirable
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken with a certified language test (minimum HSK 3)
