The Marketing Communication Manager supports the marketing and communications strategies for Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera, helping enhance the hotel's brand image, reach target audiences, and increase bookings and guest engagement. This role works closely with the Marketing Communication Manager to implement campaigns, manage digital channels, oversee content creation, and build relationships with media, influencers, and other relevant partners. What you’ll do:

Day-to-day, your role includes:
