The Role

You will have the front-seat experience and exposure in impacting women across the country by the awareness you will be initiating through influencers & community reach out, campaign and offline events. The role will be the liaison for influencer partners, brand partnerships, campaign and event management. Additionally, a collaboration between internal cross-functional teams and focused on best practices and needs across deliverables. Reporting to Assistant Marketing Manager and working closely with the Indonesia and HQ Brand team, you will play a pivotal role for Love, Bonito’s growth and market expansion through owning the mindshare of women across Indonesia.

Main Responsibilities

KOL 

• Build thoughtful influencer campaign planning based on campaign objective and performance target both for branding and sale campaign.
• Analyze and generate performance report for influencer campaign in weekly basis and suggest key initiatives to optimize performance.
• Handle end-to-end execution of influencer seedings with the help of a PR intern.
  This includes: generating weekly influencer catalog, KOL outreach & fee negotiation, request clothing delivery, sending out KOL brief and unique links to monitor posting’s quality.
• Active in researching and suggesting new potential influencer names that matches to brand’s profile.
• Foster genuine and lasting relationships with LB’s KOL pools through planning monthly KOL birthday kit and care package, prompt in assisting KOL’s request and be the representative of LB or first point of contact to KOL in offline events.
• Be highly collaborative with the internal cross-department (especially Creative team, Operations & Merchandising team) to ensure a smooth delivery of influencer campaigns. 
• For special projects that require sending PR kit to KOL, ideate concept of PR kit including products to be featured and liaise with creative team for production.
• For special projects, conduct KOL research and suggesting list of potential KOL for new market or geographical penetration.

Brand Partnership & Community

• Under manager supervision, be the timeline and project manager for offline events – including but not limited to press events/ collection previews, influencer networking sessions, and VIP events.

  -Planning out of the box and on-trend offline event concept and flow
  -Assign relevant event hosts (KOL/ LB Community)
  -Production timeline management
  - Be the main point of contact to cross departments and event vendors

• Attends customer events, local trade & Bridal shows, and sales missions to maintain, build, and/or develop relationships with current and future clients. 
• Prompt response (within one business day) to all forms of inquiries to capture additional market share.
• Perform regular audits and site of the comp set regularly.
• Negotiate prices, prepare accurate quotes, and confirm by written contracts. 
• Site inspections.
• Active participation in Departmental meetings, team building efforts, and other like activities.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.
• Assist with the compilation of competitive intelligence information.
• Actively participate in appropriate Conference Services/Catering training.
• Ensure Health & Safety standards are complied with at all times.
• Adherence to Company Green Initiatives.
• Primary market segmentation and market deployment may be altered as well as the defined “work week” at the discretion of the Director of Sales.
• All other reasonable requests are made by the leadership of the Department and Hotel.
• Solicit group, transient, and/or banquet business, and reach the consistent achievement of sales objectives.
• Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices, and seal contracts.
• Participate in tradeshows, conventions, and promotional events.
• Maintain accounts, contact, activity, and business details.

This role focused on leading revenue-focused projects, analyzing revenue performance metrics, and overseeing the implementation of revenue management tools and systems in over 150 hotels across the country. Key responsibilities include enhancing revenue generation, improving operational efficiency, and identifying trends and areas for improvement within the country's revenue performance.

1. Write website content and SEO articles
2. Implement SEO practices on website pages
3. Write email campaign and newsletter when needed
4. Create copywriting for Digital Ads and Printed Collaterals: voucher, brochure, banner, etc
5. Set up ads on Google Ads, FB/IG Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
6. Input marketing metrics from Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc into Marketing Performance sheet regularly
7. In charge of creating Website Report, FB/IG Report, LinkedIn Report, Email Report, and Digital Campaign Report on monthly basis

1. Have a Marketing Portfolio with various categories of campaign
2. Have experience setting up Google Ads, FB/IG Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
3. Have experience writing SEO articles on website
4. Able to manage Google Suite, such as: Google Business, Gmaps, Google Reviews
5. Able to read metrics on Google Analytics, Search Console, Wordpress, IG/FB insights, etc
6. Have good speaking and writing skills in English
7. Possess qualities of being professional, responsible to deadlines and discipline
8. It is a remote work, with 2 offline meetings/week at around 16:00-18:50 (location: Midplaza 2, Sudirman)
