• Merencanakan, mengatur, dan mengendalikan aktivitas departemen utility untuk memelihara dan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas kerja.
• Mengembangkan dan meningkatkan sistem utility secara terus-menerus.
• Mengontrol Pengolahan air limbah (WWT),Ketel Uap/boiler,kompresor udara dan sistem kelistrikan
• Mengurus perijinan dengan KLHK dan lembaga terkait lainnya.
• Memastikan semua praktik dan kondisi kerja mematuhi standar keselamatan kerja.
