A.     Social Media

• Create and manage monthly editorial plan:

• 1 post per day for IG Feed & 1 post every 2 days for TikTok.
• For IG, the content should be mixed between featuring products & people, local content & global content.
• For TikTok content, more into lifestyle / fun content, do not post any product focus content except hero asset for product launching.
• You will also be responsible to post the content & create its caption.
• Create 2-3 contents per week (image / video)

Reporting to the Executive Assistant Manager you will be responsible for assisting with the planning and managing of the overall operations of the hotel to achieve customer (guests, employees, corporate and owners) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the EAM will oversee various departments and collaborate closely with department heads to drive operational excellence, achieve financial goals, and maintain the highest standards of service quality.

• Close monitoring of competitor’s product assortment and thereby identify our key priorities in Indonesia to gain market share. (Measures: monthly tracking)

1. Product Listing

• Work closely with sales team to ensure products are listed into key retailer’s assortment in a timely manner (measures: Retailer’s On shelf date)

1. Product Merchandising

• Work closely with merchandising team to ensure planograms are fully optimized and carrying the right assortment for each door (measures: presence rate)

1. Management on non-sellable items

• Sampling management: ensure the right mix of samples to help achieve business objective. Work closely with sales team to ensure the right guideline for sampling is disseminated and followed closely by BCs
• GWP/Gifts management: utilizing GWP to drive higher basket purchase and create buzz to drive traffic to store.

1. Pricing

• Review and analyze central’s recommendation of prices for new products. Ensure the pricing is competitive and in line with regional parity & local competitiveness. Review annual price increase with central team to ensure our prices stay competitive in the market.

CRM

1. Planning & Execution of CRM initiatives including Rollout of new communication platforms in Indonesia, Client EDM management and client events & reward programs.

Position Purpose:             

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Executive to join our team specializing in retail luxury goods. This role requires a deep understanding of vendor management and strong skills at negotiating, building strong supplier relationships, and maintaining high standards based on company needs.

Description of Duties:

• Look for suppliers/vendors to develop as potential partners for alternative sources, check requirements and budget appropriately.
• Maintain supplier/vendors database, purchasing records and related documentation.
• Analyze various potential suppliers/vendors to support and decide on source selection.
• Generate purchase orders, monitoring and targeting procurement to provide on time, cost-effectively and meet the standards.
• Review and evaluate purchase requests, evaluate bids, and ensure compliance with department and company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with suppliers/vendors, maintaining positive relationships while negotiating specifications, prices and deadlines.

• Good knowledge and understanding of stock analysis, Purchasing and Product Development.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Merchandising, or a related field.
• At least 2+ years of experience in sourcing, merchandising, purchasing, or a similar role within the retail industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Professional, positive attitude, highly motivated, attention to detail and able to work in a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients or vendors and work on purchase orders.
• Able to create Purchase Orders for all criteria based on company needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and able to operate big data with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Be the day-to-day contact of Retailers clients, who contact our Client Support Centre by phone or email. You will advise clients on Retail Measurement Services (RMS) resources and tools, data standards and analyses, audit and calculation methodologies, and other information services.
• Deliver analyses, charts and reports that are clear, concise, and meaningful to clients. Engage effectively with multiple clients at a time, to ensure that deliverables meet/exceed expectations of timeliness and quality.
• Conduct regular reviews with Client Service and Operations teams, to monitor service delivery KPIs involving response times, quality levels and workflow efficiency. Key contributor role in identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain timely communications with account teams and senior management, to keep stakeholders up-to-date on client requirements and call out any issues/ risks. Document records of client inquiries and resolutions, into activity logs and Knowledge Base file shares.
• Organize content for Resource Library, to help clients keep ahead of NielsenIQ practices and policies, service enhancements, technology updates, macro market dynamics and retail trends.
• Support senior management on developing Thought Leadership case studies.
