Role Purpose

• Lead the digital transformation journey of Syngenta in Indonesia to bring new technologies in agriculture which will have the positive impact on livelihood of farmers  
• Provide modern research based break-through digital technologies to boost farm productivity leading towards developed agricultural economy of Indonesia   
• Provide digital insights and analytics to support strategic decisions in order to achieve the purpose of Syngenta that is Bringing Plant Potential to Life

Accountabilities

• Lead and drive country digital initiatives
• Manage Digital Marketing activities for all products/brands in country  
  • Translate brand/product strategies into a focused digital campaign strategy & plan based on customer/grower insights.  
  • Define, create and implement and optimize the local digital marketing campaigns (focus on acquisition of grower data, grower engagement, conversion of sales and grower loyalty), B2B and B2C
  • Alignment of digital campaigns with local marketing teams and their initiatives
  • Leads digital campaign execution and ensure all related party (including agency/vendor) meet approved project milestones. Creation of digital campaign creation briefs for the agencies involved and the end-to end campaign delivery process
  • Provide content strategy. Management of all digital campaign content consistency & quality according to the brand guidelines  
  • Supervise and monitor customer inquiry/complaints make sure all followed up, managed and recorded it properly
• Manage Digital Advertisement
  • Develop digital media plan & strategy to boost brand awareness through digital media
  • Realization of tagging & SEO/SEM implementation of all digital campaign assets to drive traffic
  • Work closely with digital media buying agency to make sure optimal budget utilization 
  • Responsible to manage team social media campaign, e-commerce, grower database. Utilize and analyze data to support strategy and data driven decision
• Monitoring, Reporting and Controlling digital marketing cost spending 
  • Setting, measuring, optimization and reporting of all campaign KPI’s and as such optimize digital A&P spend
  • Regular monitoring and reporting digital marketing campaign effectiveness  
  • Collecting and sharing information about digital insights, digital marketing trends, technology and competitive review
  • Manage local digital marketing A&P budget. Ensure optimal budget utilization 
• Work closely and interfacing with external agencies, Syngenta IT & Digital and local Marketing & IT teams and Corporate affairs
• Involve in Global digital projects through proper stakeholder management in very close cooperation with Global, Region and Country Management Teams
• Drive digital marketing capability building in local marketing teams

• Reporting to Club Millesime Manager, to oversee the Club Millesime operations including the butler service, ensuring that the hotel standards and procedures are fully known and followed.
• To ensure uncompromising levels of cleanliness and maintenance through each ambassador’s responsibility.
• To ensure appropriate stock level for the smooth run of the Club Millesime operations and to prepare requisitions accordingly.
• To use the proper telephone etiquette as per Sofitel standards.
• To ensure a proper coverage and supervision of the lounge and butler service at all times.
• To personally supervise the breakfast service when the Lounge Supervisor is not on duty.
• To be present in the Club Millesime lounge during breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail and to socialize with guests, playing a Public Relations role.
• To ensure that all Club Millesime guests enjoy their stay and receive the finest personal service.
• To personally greet and escort the guests rather than pointing out directions.
• To ensure that the privacy of the guests and the confidentiality of the information is respected.
• To act as a representative of the Management when dealing with guest complaints or if a member of the Sofitel Club Millésime team is facing difficulties that she/ he cannot solve on her/ his own.
• To manage any guest complaint in a professional manner, by resolving it and making sure the guest is satisfied, and recording it.
• To be fully aware of and to report all guest comments or complaints.
• To collect all profile details of any Club Millesime VIP one week prior to arrival and to ensure a daily update of the guest preferences on the PMS.
• To double check details of all Club Millesime reservations 24 hours prior to arrival and to follow every content.
• To personally supervise the Club Millesime VIP arrival (room block, room inspection, amenities) & welcome kit (international newspaper and welcome letter), as well as coordination with airport representative & Limousine driver.
• To ensure that the Senior Management is aware of all Club Millesime VIP arrivals.

• Creates pricing for all products, thereby ensuring market competitiveness, profit maximization and achieving of through-put margin required by each Business Unit
• Formulates/ creates all promotional activities and supervises their implementation
• Creates Brand value activities for the market and supervises their implementation
• Ensures optimum stock level, thereby achieving targeted service level and total coverage times required by Business Units
• Explores business opportunities and creates optimum product mix for the market
• Assists in product development, working together with Business Units

• Be fully conversant with the brand, its standards and its DNA (visual and written communication, product, service, distribution e.g. brand Packages)
• Manage brand compliance for the hotel to grow the equity of the hotel and outlet brands and the brand equity across all channels
• Manage all marketing/promotional/sales collateral development/production both on and off line
• Manage a fully integrated communications calendar for the Hotel around events, food and beverage, public holidays, need periods
• Liaise with the regional Communications team to maximize communications exposure
• Ensure all visual and written communication (internal/external, offline/online) is fully aligned with the hotels positioning and brand
• To identify opportunities to further expose the hotel and maximize revenue opportunities through sponsoring local sport/cultural/art events that are aligned with the hotel positioning and are sound in delivering a strong ROI
• Drive the marketing and communication (internal and external) of the Hotels CSR commitments
• Ensure that Accor Loyalty Program is robustly promoted in the hotel and champion a loyalty culture
• Ensure the hotel Accor Loyalty recognition program is followed and according to the brand promise
• To identify complimentary Partnership opportunities to grow the hotel equity (always ensuring our own Loyalty and Subscription programs are protected)
• In conjunction with the Director of Revenue manage country, regional and global partnership opportunities with airlines and financial institutions.
• Effectively manage the hotel’s content and images through conducting regular website audits
• Manage the hotels’ website – traffic and revenue generation, promotional content display
• Manage the hotel email database and e communication activity
• Manage online advertising for the hotel (display banners, SEM/PPC etc)
• Manage the online promotion of  buy-outs and food and beverage activity at the hotel
• Set-up, manage social media accounts and sharing sites as relevant to the hotels markets (Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, Instagram etc) and develop social networks

• Lead of local user and retail price management in the country across BUs.
