• Mengembangkan rencana aksi penjualan dan periklanan di lapangan untuk mencapai tujuan pemasaran dan penjualan.
• Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelanggan yang berbeda untuk mengidentifikasi peluang pemasaran dengan benar.
• Meneliti dan memanfaatkan berbagai peluang pemasaran.
• Membuat laporan penjualan mingguan, bulanan, dan tahunan.
• Membuat rencana penjualan triwulanan.

• Menguasai RMP (Material Requirement Planning).
• Menentukan safety stock, ROP (Re Order Point) untuk pengadaan bahan baku.
• Memberikan order kepada bagian marketing dan menyiapkan rencana produksi sesuai dengan marketing order.
• Melakukan monitoring mulai dari proses produksi, pengiriman, hingga barang diterima oleh konsumen.
• Membuat jadwal proses produksi yang tepat dan efisien yang disesuaikan dengan permintaan/jumlah produksi dan waktu. Sehingga barang terkirim tepat waktu.
• Menyiapkan jasa transportasi untuk kebutuhan pengiriman sesuai dengan order pelanggan 7x24 jam.
• Menghitung kebutuhan bahan baku untuk proses produksi.

• Membantu dalam pengembangan dan implementasi kebijakan serta prosedur keamanan
• Mengawasi pelaksanaan program keamanan di lapangan
• Menyusun laporan keamanan rutin dan insiden untuk ditinjau oleh manager keamanan
• Menanggapi dan menangani insiden keamanan, termasuk investigasi dan dokumentasi
• Menindaklanjuti masalah keamanan dan melaporkannya kepada manager keamanan

• Menyusun dan mengelola jadwal Bussines Manager
• Menyiapkan dokumen dan presentasi untuk rapat
• Mengatur dan mengoordinasikan pertemuan, konferensi dan acara bisnis lainnya
• Membantu dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan proyek-proyek bisnis

• Memimpin tim dalam peningkatan perkembangan lembaga diklat
• Melakukan marketing untuk peningkatan kerja sama dalam rekrut SDM
• Merancang, mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan program pelatihan dan pengembangan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan
• Melakukan analisis kebutuhan pelatihan dan menetapkan tujuan serta sasaran program diklat

• Researching and creating weekly two-wheeler market news (OEM, regulation, mobility trends and start up, and potential customers).
• Assisting with research and cultivate information related to two-wheeler.
• Supporting in administrative duties related with two-wheeler division
• Supporting marketing activities
• Supporting market research based on data

Marketing :

• Support management of database for ATM location
• Support customer service activities for company's clients and customers
• Support preparation of survey activities to find potential ATM locations
• Support admin related tasks such as making approval memo and invoice
• Support other divisions tasks if neccessary

Planning :

• Generate company's business strategy and budget
• Review the progress of the business plan
• Optimizing company's organization structure
• Facilitate company's corporate meetings
• Reporting to shareholders
• Analysis financial/operational data to find issues to be improved
• Control company's funding, including funding from other parties
• Coordinating with related division for arranging corporate events (board meeting, sharehokders, etc)
• Finding business partners for company's business development
• Develop company's marketing strategy
• Develop product/service for customers

4. Mengelola pembuatan dan distribusi materi pemasaran, termasuk keberadaan di media

sosial, artikel, dan naskah telemarketing

5. Melakukan market research dan memantau aktivitas pesaing

6. Mendukung strategi pemasaran Perusahaan untuk mencapai pangsa pasar yang optimal

7. Tanggung jawab terkait pemasaran dan customer support lainnya

1. Kemampuan komunikasi baik lisan maupun tulisan, dan kerja sama yang baik

2. Kreatif, bertanggung jawab, pantang menyerah, dan bermotivasi tinggi

3. Pendidikan minimal S1 dan fresh graduate dipersilahkan untuk mendaftar

4. Diutamakan menguasai Online Marketing, Marketplace, dan Media Sosial

5. Kemampuan mengelola website dan SEO (Optional)

6. Kemampuan berbahasa Inggris (Optional).
