Outsourcing Company Management

2. International Brand Strategy and Local Team Visibility (30%)

Brand Strategy Development

• Develop and implement international brand strategies to increase the visibility and recognition of the NGO’s work in Nepal, the Philippines, and Malaysia.
• Collaborate with local teams to adapt and execute brand strategies that resonate with regional audiences.

Marketing Campaigns

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance the NGO’s brand presence in targeted regions.

Partnership Development

Education

Experience

You will closely work with Regional team for marketing plan & execution. Creating & presenting business review, sales & campaign performance reports

Products:

• Merchandising allocation (Sellable, Tester, GWP) – forecasting from SG to ID based on assortment planning, store DOI and demand from retailers with clear product analysis vs demand/stock.
• Inventory management for healthy stocks and ability to identify stock issues and provide depletion plan (promo mechanics, exhibition, etc)
• Planning & execute retail monthly mechanic based on analytic sales trend, past performances, upcoming campaign. Do active monitor & tracking, give recommendation to manager and team regarding action plan on trade mechanics
• Good knowledge & actively alert with Beauty market – competitors – trend with good insights – recommendations for brand communication / key focus products action plan

PR - Digital:

• Generating and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Google with agencies. Analyse report provided by Agency and summarized the key metrics result into internal marketing report data
• Conduct market research, competitor review. Monitoring competitor activity and generating leads link for products
• Knowledge in organising Marketing & PR Event (in-store gathering, Product Launching, KOL/MUA gathering, Pop Up Store). Liaising with agency to maximise visibility & create impactful result
• Create post mortem reports on every Marketing activations with clear KPI result and qualitative insights to be presented to Internal & Regional team (PR Events, Make up workshop, and other activations)
• Build & maintain good relationship with KOL & Celebrity MUAs, able to represent the brand in all professional events/brand engagement with external parties

Position Overview:

• Ensuring all PR & digital planned activities to drive traffic to stores or retail and while being aligned with Marcomm KPI and goals.
• Be a strong partner to Brand Team in driving our offline and online business for e-retailers.
• Liaise with colleagues across multiple departments from sales to marketing to contribute ideas for improving brand's voice and online presence.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for PR & Digital initiatives and digital campaign management
• Responsible for planning and implementing PR campaigns in line with the marketing calendar and business goals.
• Regularly research and source partners/influencers, create relationships and maintain a database of online and offline contacts.
• Use search and insight tools to support campaigns.
• Plan and execute PR launch events or in-store events for KOL/ Media/ Consumers in order to create brand image and brand awareness.
• Plan, source, and evaluate content for multiple social media platforms.
• Work across internal teams to collaborate on creative ideas, online strategy, and PR opportunities.
• Work closely with Content Creator to build close knitted relationships with KOLS & press for online features or content videos.
• Manage social media account postings on social media.
• Giving full support, planning, managing, actively involve and attending marketing events.
• Maintain good relationship with media, KOL, and marketplace owner.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Min. bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications or any related
• Minimum 3 years managing digital campaigns and social media platforms.
• Having experience in beauty industry is preferred.
• Excellent PR and communication skill.
• Eager to learn, hardworking, fast learner.

The Executive Sous Chef works closely with the Executive Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage and collaborates with the F&B team to create innovative menus, maintain high culinary standards, and deliver memorable dining experiences. They are responsible for supervising the kitchen staff, monitoring food quality, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient operations. By providing leadership, creativity, and attention to detail, the Executive Sous Chef contributes to the hotel's reputation for culinary excellence and guest satisfaction in their designated outlet.
