Job Description

• Develop and execute the hotel marketing plan for the hotel activities and promotions in conjunction with different hotel departments (i.e. sales, food and beverage, spa etc.)
• Prepare and manage the hotel marketing budget in order to generate the best ROI for the hotel
• Manage and keep all social media channels relevant and engaging to the audience.
• Responsible of ensuring the Hotel and brand standards are adhered to in all written forms of communication including guestroom collateral, outlet collateral, public area brochure racks, hotel signage, etc.
• Responsible for all guest facing signage (guestroom TV’s, pre-arrival communications, digital displays, etc.) – including design, coordination and printing
• Create specific strategies for each distribution channel.
• Maintain websites content up-to date in all languages.
• Run and optimize metasearch campaigns.
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
• Strategically prepare and execute media buys for digital and print, working with key partners and suppliers (printer companies, photographers, PR agency, etc).
• Plan and oversees all hotel and corporate email marketing.
• Produce copy aligned with the voice and tone of the brand for digital ads, websites, OTAS, print advertising and internal advertising material.
• Assist to hotel events and seasonal activities to maximize social media and content generation opportunities.
• Coordinate and supervise all activities related to advertising in the filming of films, photo shoots, interviews with local and foreign media, carried out in the hotell.

• Handle all incoming leads for weddings or social events.
• Develop lead sources through prospecting, referrals, trace files, and cold calls.
• Exceed personal sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis through account development and maintenance.
• Conduct site inspections, food tasting, and coordination meetings with prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and implement new sales strategies, tactics, and action plans for the account base.
• Quote and negotiate prices within established parameters with potential and existing clients. Prepare contracts for clients.
• Manage events from start to finish, processing all relevant information pertaining to bookings

• Ensure rooming lists are received 30 days prior to arrival with updated billing instructions.
• Ensure that deposits and cancellation fees, where applicable, are forwarded to the Accounting department.
• Distribute event information to the appropriate departments via memos, emails, banquet event orders, directives, and rooming lists in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct daily meetings to review event contracts and ensure last-minute changes are communicated accordingly.
• Conduct coordination meetings to ensure key departments are fully aware of relevant details.
• Maintain visibility throughout events and act as the on-site client liaison.
• Follow up post-event to address any issues and solicit return business.
• Establish good business and social relationships within the industry and participate in PR activities to increase sales leads for the hotel.

7. Bepergian ke pasar sumber untuk mencari peluang bisnis serta menjalin dan/atau mengembangkan hubungan dengan pelanggan dan akun utama.
8. Memelihara hubungan positif dengan agen perjalanan, akun komersial, dan sumber bisnis lainnya untuk hotel.
9. Mengkoordinasikan fungsi-fungsi di hotel yang berkaitan dengan penjualan, insentif, dan lain-lain.

Job Purpose

To perform sales and marketing duties in supporting the responsibilities of the Director of Sales & Marketing by implementing the Marketing Plan as a tool to achieve the set goals.

Primary Responsibilities ​​​​​​​

• Maintain and develop business with existing and new customers on behalf of Raffles Bali
• Conduct in the most efficient manner daily sales activities to promote the services of the hotel via sales calls, telephone blitz, email blitz and the like to all corporate and government accounts.
• Develop and maintain Raffles Bali database covering corporate, government, travel and media.
• Administrative support for Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Shares and updates management on any trade related developments which directly affects the business of the hotel – including information on the competition.
• Participate on regular sales meeting actively.
• Coordinate with Sales Manager and Sales Coordinator once business deal is closed for their smooth follow ups. 
• To develop and maintain marketing programs and related activities to ensure maximum exposure of the resort to the right market.
• To do sales call to wholesalers, retail agents, airliners and / or corporations either locally or internationally as instructed by Director of Sales & Marketing.
• To produce sales call reports and follow up after each call
• To maintain and update file for each account as per standard.
• To reply all quotations within 12 hours and with the approval from Director of Sales & Marketing.
• To take up and perform in the best of his/her ability other duties assigned by either the Director of Sales & Marketing and / or the General Manager.
