As a social media manager for all things social media, you will help lead, build, and execute the social and engagement strategy, initiatives, and projects that connect products and services to users through relevant social media touchpoints. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies while managing initiatives across B2C, B2B,  and Brand. You have your hands on the pulse of the internet and social media culture and are able to connect it with the world's largest technology company’s products and services. 

You would be working closely with respective country social lead and product marketing managers to drive advocacy and brand love on Social. In order to achieve this, you will need to use data-driven insights collected from various touchpoints - especially social listening - to inspire and improve the effectiveness of all social efforts: from always-on content, socially-led campaigns and influencer activations. Your ability to add a strategic lens to solve complex problems and manage multiple projects and stakeholders, combined with creative thinking, is paramount to the role. Your goal is to drive earned marketing results alongside local marketing teams and external creative social agencies.

Role:

• Develop and manage social marketing activities for the country: always-on content, campaigns and influencer programs that drive results depending on the goal of product and services activations.
• Manage and organise social editorial calendar while overseeing all content including copy, creative assets and publishing across owned social channels. This includes liaising with internal stakeholders to source assets, including images, videos, copy and design.
• Manage SEA Social budget and have an oversight into social budget of the countries.

• Partner with cross-functional teams on social strategy and execution to capture the brand’s presence and engagement with the end-users.

You:

• Degree in Business, Commerce, or Marketing preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising or related industry; preferably both agency and in-house experience, managing social presence and strategy for global brands, ideally in the technology space. 
• You’ve ideally held a Social Media Strategist, Digital Strategist or a Social Media Manager and /or a Social Media Marketing Manager role in the past while working with external creative and social agencies.

Description of Duties:

Plan function

What you will be doing:

• Deliver outstanding service and personalized experiences for Fairmont Gold guests. Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs and preferences to enhance their satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of lounge staff. Foster a positive and professional work environment while promoting teamwork and high standards of service.
• Manage daily operations, including guest check-ins, lounge setup, and the execution of service standards. Ensure the lounge is consistently clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Develop and implement service protocols to ensure consistency and quality. Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.
• Plan and oversee special events, such as private functions and VIP receptions, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies to control costs while maintaining high service standards. Prepare and manage the lounge’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Work closely with other hotel departments, including the front desk, food and beverage, and housekeeping, to ensure a cohesive and high-quality guest experience.
• Gather guest feedback and use it to continuously improve lounge operations and service quality. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the guest experience.

Sales Manager

- Prepare and execute creative sales strategies to source, drive and grow our revenues from your managed accounts.

- We’ll look to you to build up account management plans, making sure you’re “in the know” on the latest market news and competitor insights too.
- Solicit group, transient and/or banquet business, and reach consistent achievement of sales objectives
- Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices and seal contracts
- Maintain accounts, contact, activity and business details

This individual will be part of VCA’s geographic cluster of Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar and Cambodia (IPVMC) markets, and will be responsible for leading data science engagements with Visa's clients in Indonesia.

The role reports to Head of Data Science overseeing IPVMC cluster and will be based in Visa’s Jakarta office.

This role combines deep industry knowledge, senior relationship building skills and a solutions-based, consultative selling approach to deliver revenue and sales growth.

Key responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business leaders, internal stakeholders and client teams to understand business needs and identify strategic areas where data science can drive strong business impact, in alignment with organization's goals and priorities

• Act as the market linchpin between our country team and regional data science hub to elevate go-to-market approach for commercializing Visa data solutions

• Develop holistic data science program for driving innovation, accelerate new solution launches for Indonesia clients and create data offerings in alignment with business strategy

• Executive presence including excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal and ability to communicate at all levels within large organizations

• Provide leadership and guidance to the data scientists and play a critical role in ensuring project success for Indonesia client engagements

• Continuously explore and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to ensure that our organization and team remains at the forefront of machine learning and AI

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources and alignment with financial targets

Your Impact

• Prospect and sell into assigned commercial accounts, create and execute a robust sales strategy to penetrate into new accounts and expand into existing accounts
