Key Responsibilities:

• Improve production process based on lean manufacturing system.

• Plan and organize all process activities in the Engineering Department, including Boiler, Intake and Water Treatment.
• Focus on management of engineering process.
• Improve TPM (total preventive maintenance)
• Manage research, feasibility studies, and cost breakdown related with engineering departement.
• Direct the daily activities of the engineering staff
• Continually examine all new materials, processes, procedures, and technology in the engineering field.
• Budget and effectively control expenses of Engineering Department.

• Implement ISO-9001 (quality management system).
• Comply with work safety regulations and availability of required safety equipment.
