Job Responsibilities

• Market Experimentation
  Reach out to different potential clients and find out about their pain points to see where our product stands.
• Market Awareness
  Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, ensuring our product remains competitive.

  Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and customer support to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Around 2+ years of experience in Digital Product Design.
• Task prioritization given constraint.
• Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager with a focus on B2B applications (Web app & mobile).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Main Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

1. Graphic Design Tasks

• Assist in the development of graphic assets that can be adapted to ID Marketplaces, Paid Ads, Product Catalogs

• Assist the Graphic Designer team in resizing images for website needs

2. Assist the Creative team on a daily basis, with direct reporting to the Assistant Visual Designer (ID)

Qualifications & Experience

• Available for 4-6 months internship program
• Open to university students of any seniority
• Candidates with a specialization in Design Communication Visual or related degree preferred
• Candidates with prior internships in Graphic Designer or Creative roles preferred
• Reachable during working hours
• Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, and Illustrator. Lightroom, editing apps such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or After Effects is a plus)
• A developed eye for detail, layout, balance, and composition

• Answering questions about a company's products or services. Through Email all channels, and serve First Layer Agents escalations
• Processing orders and transactions
• Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems
• Delivering information about a company's offerings
• Providing proactive First Layer Agents outreach
• Handling customer complaints, from case escalations.
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.

• Has a bachelor’s degree from a college/university Or 6 months to 1-year BPO experience if the non-degree holder
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Have 30-35wpm typing skills
• Ability to communicate effectively through chat/e-mail 
• Willing working in shifting and flexible working hours
• Internet knowledge : Understand basic knowledge of the internet, social media, and being able to use computers
• Basic English : Ability using English writing and speaking.
