Uraian Tugas :

· Melakukan penagihan terhadap debitur yang telah lewat dari tanggal jatuh tempo angsuran

· Melakukan follow up kepada debitur untuk tanggal janji pembayaran angsuran

· Menyusun jadwal kunjungan

· Melakukan kunjungan ke debitur dan memantau dan memperoleh informasi terkait dengan kondisi konsumen atapun keberadaan kendaraan

Syarat & Kualifikasi :

· Pria, maksimal usia 35 tahun

· Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK

· Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik, dinamis, dan komunikatif

· Menyukai pekerjaan lapangan, memiliki sepeda motor dan SIM C

GAJI DAN TUNJANGAN GAJI

1. Kerja di bagi dalam 3 shift
2. Adakalanya masuk di hari libur
3. Patokan Gaji yang didapat sebesar 177.120 Yen (Kotot, 22 hari kerja + lembur di hari libur)
4. Rincian potongan (Patokan) sebagai berikut :

• Asuransi sosial (shakai hokeng) 25.000 Yen
• Sewa asrama 25.000 Yen
• Listrik, air, gas 5.000 Yen
• Internet 2.000 Yen
• Total 57.000 Yen

5. Gaji bersih yang didapat adalah : 120.120 Yen (Jumlah aktual gaji akan berbeda sesuai UMR masing-masing daerah di Jepang, berikut dengan perincian di atas dan jumlah lembur)

3. Bisa mengoperasikan komputer, Administrasi karyawan di Lokasi Penempatan (Data Base Karyawan, Perpanjangan KTA, Absensi, dan Kelengkapan Dokumen yang dibutuhkan perusahaan dari karyawan)
4. Menerima Komplain dari Lokasi (mencatat dan melaporkan)
5. Mencoba memberikan solusi terkait komplain (mencatat dan melaporkan)
