Kami mencari Tukang Kebun untuk memasang dan memelihara bunga, pohon, dan ruang hijau di properti.

Tanggung jawab tukang kebun mencakup memantau kesehatan semua tanaman dan bentang alam hijau, menyiram dan memberi makan tanaman, memangkas pohon dan semak belukar, memupuk dan memotong rumput, menyiangi kebun dan menjaga ruang hijau dan jalan setapak bersih dari puing-puing dan sampah. Anda harus mengetahui cara menggunakan dan memelihara peralatan pertamanan, termasuk mesin pemotong rumput, mesin pemotong rumput, dan pupuk, sambil tetap mengikuti peraturan kesehatan dan keselamatan.

• Mengoperasikan gergaji meja
• Bekerja sesuai dengan gambar kerja dan instruksi pekerjaan

• Mengoperasikan mesin dan peralatan MEP (pemotong pipa, sambung pipa, dll)
• Merakit Pipa PRR, Conduit, PVC, atau Galvanis sesuai dengan gambar kerja dan instruksi kerja
• Memastikan output sesuai dengan spesifikasi dari segi jumlah dan kualitas
• Mengoperasikan impact driver untuk merakit panel kayu
• Bekerja sesuai dengan gambar kerja dan instruksi kerja

• Acquire new customer (Distributor, Retail, Modern Retail) on potential areas.
• Planning, tracking, and follow up sales order, customer forecasting, and planning of each individual account.
• Ensure timely payment of customer for deliveries and also follow up customer.
• Ensure achievement of user service level including customer complaint management and also the coordination with internal sales admin to support on time delivery to customer.
• Keep customer relation in a consistent customer visit plan in supporting the “push through” of marketing activities for sales info market.
• Handling customer complaint, and feedback in timely manner and disciplined manner.
• After sales support and concern in terms of warranty handling and product return due to errors.
• Working together with Sales Manager to assess the weighted and numeric distribution of product within the distribution channel.
• Work closely with product marketing team in developing the right product mix for the market and distribution to ensure consistent sales and market relevant product.
• Know how to developing business and able to set business plan in working area.

1. Melakukan Monitor terhadap performa Business Partner Collection (BPC /Field Collector) dilapangan 
2. Melakukan rekap, dan pendataan dari hasil performa BPC di lapangan 
3. Melakukan pendampingan, arahan dan intruksi untuk tujuan collection kepada BPC di lapangan
4. Melakukan koordinasi dengan BM dan AM terkait performa BPC dan pemenuhan tujuan collection di  Point atau Area tersebut 
5. Melakukan koordinasi dan laporan terhadap perkembangan BPC baik secara administrasi, kedisiplinan  dan perfroma kepada atasan
6. Melakukan koordinasi terhadap aktifitas keseluruhan BPC di point kepada Regional People Partner dan Team Lead
7. Melakukan Analisa terhadap alur proses BPC dan hal pendukung untuk kinerja BPC dan  mengkoordinasikan kepada Team Lead 
8. Melakukan targeting dan analisa aktivitas BPC serta mengkoordinasikan kepada Team Lead

•  Berpengalaman bekerja di lapangan minimal 1 tahun
•  Posisi terakhir sebagai Team Leader/Coordinator/Supervisor
•  Etika dan etos kerja yang baik serta berorientasi pada target
• Mencerminkan performa kerja yang baik di pengalaman kerjanya
• Bersedia traveling dan ditempatkan di seluruh Sulawesi Selatan
