Officer, Indonesia Slots & Route

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with clients to handle any requests for charter flights, ensuring effective communication and meeting client needs.
- Prepare and submit charter flight requests, adhering to established procedures and timelines.
- Collaborate with other AOC Regulatory departments to compile and submit necessary documentation for charter flights, staying updated on regulatory requirements.
- Manage requests from other AOC Regulatory departments, such as adding new routes or aircraft, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and submit renewals for Foreign Aircraft Operating Certificate (FAOC) for Group AOC.
- Maintain communication with authorities from other countries to stay informed about changes in aircraft registration and regulations.
- Monitor and manage Dangerous Goods (DG) submissions for other AOCs to ensure compliance.

Tasks and Activities:

- Generate production and tariff reports to monitor operational performance.
- Obtain Foreign Country Operating Permits and approvals for foreign and domestic schedules within specified timelines.
- Renew Foreign Aircraft Operating Certificates (FAOC) for Group AOCs according to established schedules.
- Submit Dangerous Goods (DG) documentation as requested by relevant departments.
- Participate in ASEAN Airline Meetings and ASEAN Transport Working Group to represent the company's interests.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in English, with strong writing, speaking, and correspondence skills.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in the Aviation Industry is preferred, but candidates with relevant experience in similar roles are encouraged to apply.

Kualifikasi & Pengalaman

Expansion PA will be responsible for activating, engaging, monitoring, and training the stores of our retail partners in a new city. The Expansion PA will work closely with the Partnership Manager to analyze and execute on the respective partner strategy. We are open this position for Jambi, Palembang, Lampung, and Pekanbaru.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve at least 5% AR in the first 3 months in the city.
• Analyze Key Drivers of GWP and Take Strategic Action.
• Support Partner on store-level with Arep Allocation & Training.
• Monitor high-attachment rate stores and understand drivers.
• Engage & Train low-attachment rate stores.

• 1-2 year of experience in Business Development or Sales in Electronic Gadget Sales/ Retail Sales.
• Excellent communication skills, good negotiation and good presentation skills.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast paced environment.

• Maintain complete knowledge of and ensure staff's compliance with all departmental/hotel policies and procedures.
• Establish the day's priorities and assign production and prep task to staff to execute.
• Meet with Departmental Chef’s to review schedules, assignments, anticipated business levels, changes and other information pertinent to the job performance.
• Communicate additions or changes to the assignments as they arise throughout the shift. Identify situations, which compromise the department's standards and delegate these tasks.
• Take physical inventory of specified food items for daily inventory.
• Review the market list
• Requisition the day’s supplies and ensure that they are received and stored correctly. Communicate needs with Purchasing and Storeroom personnel. Ensure quality of products received.
• Meet with the Executive Steward to review equipment needs, banquet plate up assistance, cleaning schedule/project status, health/safety and sanitation follow up.
• Ensure that staff report to work as scheduled; document any late or absent employees
• Inspect grooming and attire of staff; rectify any deficiencies.
• Check and ensure that all opening duties are completed to standard.
• Ensure that each kitchen work area is stocked with specified tools, supplies and equipment to meet the business demand.
• Monitor performance of staff and ensure all procedures are completed to the department standards; rectify deficiencies with respective personnel.
• Observe guest reactions and confer with service staff to ensure guest satisfaction
• Review financials periodically to ensure we meet or exceed all departmental revenue goals by maximizing at all opportunities.

• Prior experience in a similar position at an independent restaurant or 5-star resort
• Strong organization and interpersonal skill
• Hands on leadership and commitment to team building and collaboration
• Large Resort experience in South East Asia or Bali is preferred
• Familiarity with budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position

As a Sous Chef, you must be intimately familiar with all the activities involved in kitchen operations and be prepared to step in and cover all eventualities if called upon. You will need to be able to prepare and cook a wide range of international dishes, including French, Italian, and fusion cooking. The Sous Chef is also responsible for overseeing the kitchen team members, which will involve preparing, scheduling and delivering training, managing team member performance, ensuring that the kitchen safety standards are up to date and that team members are complying with health, safety and sanitation rules. Additionally you will help with menu planning, inventory control, and supply management.
