About the role
As an Admin support, you will have the opportunity to participate in important projects, create and implement strategies to enhance the adoption of new digital products for Amartha's partners across all operational areas. You will collaborate with the Field Operations team & Head Office to achieve set targets.
Responsibilities
â—Ź Performing a verification check on the submission of specimens from Point.
â—Ź Submitting specimen signing requests to the COO
â—Ź Sending specimens that have been signed by the COO to Point.
â—Ź Providing solutions for issues related to the opening of new accounts or updating specimens
faced by Point.
â—Ź Monthly recap of specimen submissions and resolutions for new account openings and
specimen changes.
The qualifications that you must have
â—Ź Open for Fresh Graduate (D3-S1)
â—Ź Have good communication skill to collaborate with cross division and field team
â—Ź Proficiency in Microsoft Office
â—Ź Comfortable working in a complex and face-paced environment
About the team
A flexible lending business support team with members scattered across multiple regions, focuses
on supporting various aspects of Amartha's business (performance disbursement, new product
features, expansion to new points, petty cash) with the goal of achieving set targets. Enthusiastic
