• Berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait saat menangani pemeriksaan/kerusakan mesin

•  Memastikan proses pemeliharaan berjalan sesuai dengan prosedur operasional standar (SOP)

•  Melaporkan masalah apapun dalam proses pemeliharaan kepada pengawas

•  Memastikan lingkungan kerja selalu bersih

Operation

• Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance programs for the various systems such as (not limited to) the following : Air-conditioning & electrical, refrigeration, FLS equipment, building maintenance including furniture & fixtures, painting, parts renewal & repairs, kitchen and laundry equipment, low voltage (LV), guest rooms, F&B outlets, function/banquet areas, front/back of the house, plumbing & drainage
• Communicate with engineering management and team leader with regards to possible improvements to increase efficiency
• Co-ordinate and inform engineering management and team leader of any disruptions to service of any kind
• Always implement safe work practices, efficient methods, proper preventative maintenance and repair
• Develop skills through training and hands on experience
• Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times

Other Responsibilities

• Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures

Description of Duties:

• Maintain, upgrade and monitor the company network and outlets (Firewall, Wi-Fi, Switches & VPN).
• Install, configure, troubleshoot ongoing usability of computers, telephony, printers, mobile devices management.
• Prepare and maintain the records of incident, software licences and other IT assets inventory.
• Ensure availability of IT infrastructure services to authorized users including Active directory, Print, Mail, and Windows servers.

• Overseeing the full 360 recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, hiring, compliance, onboarding/Off boarding, conducting 1 on1 with internal employees and solving the problem if needed, helping with hiring documentation, etc.
• Developing a pool of qualified candidates using various sourcing strategies and methodologies.
• Collaborating with the HRBP Team to determine appropriate sourcing strategy.
• Communicating and dealing with external stakeholders to define and modify requirements, time management, and insurance in relation to contract management and human resources processes.
• Creating and maintaining strong networking relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Full life cycle recruitment efforts and client relationship management primarily for assigned departments.
• Providing analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the Department Head and the rest of the hiring team.

Qualifications:

• Proven 3-5 years of work experience as a Senior Recruiter (either in-house) focused on full life cycle recruitment (180/360 recruitment) managing all phases of the process.
• Scaling remote teams from scratch and working experience with APAC teams.
• Prior ATS experience. Workable is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making aptitude.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced information technology environment.
• Comfortable in working 100% remotely and independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluency in the English language.
