• Apabila ex-kenshu / magang harus minimal 1 tahun sesudah kepulangan dari Jepang
• Ada perusahaan penerima, bisa perusahaan lain yang mau menerima and bekerja
• Sertifikat JITCO (bagi ex-kenshu)
• Sertifikat IMM (bagi ex-kenshu)
• Sertifikat ujian kenshu ke jitsu (bagi ex-kenshu)
• Memiliki pasport RI aktif
• Bukan termasuk datfar black-list (daftar hitam) karena di deportasi

GAJI DAN TUNJANGAN GAJI

1. Kerja di bagi dalam 3 shift
2. Adakalanya masuk di hari libur
3. Patokan Gaji yang didapat sebesar 177.120 Yen (Kotot, 22 hari kerja + lembur di hari libur)
4. Rincian potongan (Patokan) sebagai berikut :

• Asuransi sosial (shakai hokeng) 25.000 Yen
• Sewa asrama 25.000 Yen
• Listrik, air, gas 5.000 Yen
• Internet 2.000 Yen
• Total 57.000 Yen

5. Gaji bersih yang didapat adalah : 120.120 Yen (Jumlah aktual gaji akan berbeda sesuai UMR masing-masing daerah di Jepang, berikut dengan perincian di atas dan jumlah lembur)
