What you will be doing:

• Design and create seasonal and innovative menus that showcase the latest culinary trends and cater to diverse guest preferences.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene are maintained.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a dynamic team of chefs and kitchen staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Manage food costs, inventory, and supplies to ensure profitability while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Engage with guests to receive feedback and tailor culinary experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Implement and uphold rigorous standards for food preparation, presentation, and taste.

The Role

As our People Intern, you will play an integral role in the building of our Love, Bonito team and family. You will work alongside the P&C team in creating a passionate and high performing team, in a culture of openness, learning, operational excellence, collaboration, honesty, and innovation.

Main Responsibilities :

• Support Employee Lifecycle (Onboarding, Offboarding, Confirmation, Disciplinary letters, etc.) 
• Updating and maintaining P-file records and managing internal HRMS.
• Assist with all employees claims and insurance matters (corporate and travel)
• Handling P&C related inquiries, concerns, or requests.

Requirements & Experiences:

• Proficient in English 
• Proficient in Google Suite [Spreadsheet is a must!]
• Open to university students of any seniority
• Candidates with a specialisation in Human Resource or related degree preferred
• Candidates with prior internships in People & Culture roles preferred

• Coordinating and overseeing regular building maintenance and repairs.
• Managing and directing cleaning and security staff and activities.
• Preparing and carrying out emergency protocols and procedures.
• Maintaining a safe environment for building occupants and visitors.
• Preparing and monitoring maintenance budgets.

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 4 years of experience as a building manager or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and building management.
