• Be fully conversant with the brand, its standards and its DNA (visual and written communication, product, service, distribution e.g. brand Packages)

Position Purpose:

The purpose of the role is to design, deliver and execute an effective training plan across all Dyson retailers, the front-line team and demonstrators (Experts & Stylists) covering all aspects of product knowledge and ‘why Dyson’ sales skills. Deliver internal training and education on all new and existing products, to support the development, knowledge and engagement of Dyson products within the front-line teams (Experts/Stylist, Retail activation team, and NAM Team)
