• Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruiter, particularly in a startup or similar fast-paced environment
• Experience working remotely or as a freelancer, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates for various roles, especially in the startup or construction industries
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while staying organized
• Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment tools
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and in a collaborative team environment
