• Membangun dan memelihara komunikasi dengan customer sesuai dengan tahapan proses operasional yang cepat dan tepat
• Menjaga kepuasan customer dengan melakukan pengiriman tepat waktu sesuai jadwal dan berkoordinasi dengan agen.
• Melakukan input harga dalam sistem bekerjasama dengan Tim Sales sesuai kontrak yang disepakati
• Mengawasi shipment dari dan sampai ke lokasi tujuan
• Memberikan informasi mengenai progress pengiriman ke customer
