• After sales support and concern in terms of warranty handling and product return due to errors
• Working together with Sales Manager to assess the weighted distribution of products within the distribution channel
• Work closely with product marketing team in developing the right product mix for the market and distribution to ensure consistent sales of market relevant products

• Supporting a follow-up on account receivable listing
• Supporting internal control process within the division.
• Providing data organization
• Conducting other administrative and accounting related tasks for Building
  Technology Department.

• Preparing invoices, sorting delivery order, and supporting pricing
  administration.
• Updating delivery control, checking cycle count, making debit note, and
  downloading barcode delivery.
• Being a personal assistant to Head of Department (HoD), such as handling HoD claim, work on business trip, etc.
• Conducting general administrative function and support.
• Assisting travel coordinator tasks.
