Job Responsibilities

• Market Experimentation
  Reach out to different potential clients and find out about their pain points to see where our product stands.
• Market Awareness
  Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, ensuring our product remains competitive.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and customer support to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• User-Centric Approach with Integration
  Champion a user-centric approach to product development, gathering user feedback and conducting usability testing to inform decision-making. Availability to visit our potential client site is a must. Able to ideate short-term and long-term goals of a user’s problem and manage their expectations.
• Product Metric Tracking (Data Driven)
  Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze product metrics to measure the success of the B2B application.
• Release Management
  Plan and oversee product releases, coordinating with development teams to ensure on-time delivery of new features and updates.
• Continuous Improvement
  Continuously iterate and improve the application based on user feedback, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Stakeholder Communication & Management
  Communicate product updates, progress, and strategy to stakeholders at all levels of the organization and external users.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Around 2+ years of experience in Digital Product Design.
• Task prioritization given constraint.
• Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager with a focus on B2B applications (Web app & mobile).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with product management tools and analytics platforms.
• A track record of successfully delivering digital products both 0-1 and 1-10 that meet or exceed user expectations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Able to convey information to team through graph, diagram, and LoFi Design
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

• Have comprehensive and up to date knowledge of all the outlets unique selling points, features, amenities, services and policies and those of the competition.
• Work closely with the Sales & Revenue Department as the point of contact for all F&B related bookings and enquiries, in close coordination with the Outlet Managers to promote special events and occasions.
• Achieve all individual Hotel Food & Beverage sales targets in your area by maintaining and creating a close relationship with customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) companies.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase hotel revenue, including room sales, meeting packages, events, and catering services.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of sales plans, ensuring alignment with hotel goals and market trends.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets as set by the management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract negotiations in the CRM system.
• Prepare reports and forecasts as required by management.

Persyaratan :

• Pendidikan minimal Diploma III dari semua Program Studi.
• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang Sales Eksekutif terutama menjual properti.
• Memiliki database konsumen yang aktif, spesifik, dan selalu diperbarui.
• Mudah beradaptasi, memiliki kemauan belajar, dan memiliki semangat yang tinggi untuk mencapai target.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Tenjo, Jawa Barat.

Tanggung Jawab :

• Mengolah data konsumen, melakukan presentasi dan closing penjualan.
• Menjaga hubungan yang baik terhadap konsumen dan terus aktif membangun database.
• Membantu pengaturan proses administrasi dokumen dari konsumen dengan Tim Sales Administrasi.
• Membuat laporan penjualan secara berkala kepada Head of Sales Department.
