About the role

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software release management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycles and release management processes.

• Proficiency with release management tools and technologies (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, GitLab).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple release cycles simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address issues proactively.

This position focuses on feeding the top of the sales funnel and you will play a key role in finding

prospects and qualifying them, before passing them on to Account Executives and Sales Directors. This

involves researching companies, identifying the key decision makers and generating leads through cold

outreach such as cold calling and social platforms (LinkedIn).

Key Duties:

● Enthusiastic about enterprise software

● Ability to grasp the business needs of AccelerAsia’s client(s), be able to think on your feet, and

possess the drive to become solution/product experts

● Outbound prospecting, cold calling to hunt for new leads for AccelerAsia’s client(s) and meeting

daily minimum quota/targets

● Qualify inbound leads from regular marketing campaigns and follow up with leads who have

attended events, with the aim of booking meetings

● Develop and maintain a high-quality lead funnel

● Qualify leads using a structured sales methodology

● Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Directors to support in developing and

implementing appropriate prospecting strategies and plans

● Maintain high level of CRM hygiene by ensuring all customer interactions from LinkedIn

messages, calls and emails are updated and recorded in our CRM

Key Skills:
